Much better than anticipated! I knew the female lead from previous drama (forecasting love and weather), which I also enjoyed. But still what a difference with this one, in which she really shines. She truly conveys the happiness of being in love, it's contagious! That way she looks really adorable, cute and sweet, haha. In hindsight, I think she must have felt really limited in her emotions in Forecasting love & weather.
I loved the different story arcs although not all got the attention they deserved. I also liked that the couple got together in the middle of the series instead of only a few scenes at the end. We really got to enjoy their romance. The fan girling arc was more interesting than anticipated.
I wish Si-an got a scene to meet his number one fan Road to Si-an , although there were some hints it would happen eventually..

Female lead is beyond cute in her role of little but strong girl. There's a slight drag in the last few episodes but at the same time, there's a full episode for closure, which seemed long even by kdrama standards, but it is always nice when they invest in that. Since there was so much time to close, I was surprised to not see anyone of Mr ahn's family, or even her gang members, at the wedding. The closure is fully focused on the main characters. Secondary characters ended up being single.
Notable side character: Kim won hae plays a lower gang boss, i have never seen him in such a role, but he was hilarious! Not to mention the second role he played of the eccentric game designer (their mystery is never explained!)

This movie would be worthless if it wasn't for Jessica alba. She is the only reason why you would watch this movie. It was nice to see her again, still beautiful as always. The script is boring with no imagination. We never really get to know the characters. A lot of detail or explanations are left out.
Basically, a military trained woman (but is she really in the military?) returns from a mission and is about to get suspended for avoiding war crimes, only to hear that her father died in her old town. The circumstances in which he died are suspicious, so she starts investigating.
Everything's very unrealistic, but that's not the point in these movies.
I wonder how Jessica selected this movie. She can get so much better.
