Honestly, I didn't dislike it. In fact, I appreciate that Marvel seems to be stepping back from over the top CGI spectacles and leaning more into grounded, hand to hand combat. Sure, much of it is still likely enhanced with effects, but the simplicity of the action feels refreshing. No lasers, no glowing hands, just gritty fights. The character arc for Bob was promising, though it did feel a little rushed. The all "you are not alone" theme is becoming a little stale though.
But to be fair, these ensemble stories often have too much to fit into two hours. Some of these concepts might work better stretched out as an 8 to 10 episode series. Still, a decent watch.

After watching this film and reading about him, I was honestly stunned that Nicholas Winton's incredible real life story remained unknown to most people for nearly 50 years. It reminded me of Schindler's List, not in terms of scale, but in the shared spirit of selfless humanity at the darkest hour of humanity.
Hopkins brings quiet strength to the role, and the entire cast performs beautifully. I only wish the film had built more tension, especially during key moments like the departure of the final train, something that could've really elevated the emotional impact.
Still, it's a heartfelt and respectful tribute to a man who quite literally changed lives. Salute to Winton.

I watched this short film on YouTube, and it reminded me why Anurag remains one of the best at capturing everyday realism, especially when it comes to street harassment. The way he builds tension as Radhika gets cornered feels uncomfortably authentic.
What hit me even harder was the commentary on passive bystanders, people who aren't necessarily wrong for staying out of it, but are still part of the problem.
And the way patriarchy is depicted, not just as aggression, but also as something deeply hollow and scattered across society in subtle forms, was really impactful.
Short, sharp, and sadly still relevant.
