A very good Polish mini-series. The screenplay is based on a book. The story is oriented around the police officer's family who happened to disappear a year ago. Only one member of the family, a younger daughter who went into father's footsteps and became a police officer too, is eager to find what had really happened. Two cases are being solved simultanously and pretty soon they become quite similar. A mystery goes deeper and deeper by each episode and is twined with some secret facts from the past of every single one. An interesting ending shoots a metaphoric light on the show's title.

Not bad movie. In fact, quite a good one. It is based on a political conspiracy that occured in Poland in the early 80s. The movie focuses on one particular event of funding the huge revolta against militia. Good Polish actors are nicely picturing some true underground activists of that time. Great value of details like: cars, buildings, banners, posters and the way people dressed. However the movie is for people who lived in that times so they can recollect things and understand the message.
