It is sad what happened but this series slowly I mean slowly drags. Useless. Acting is so fake and poor that it takes away from the Real Story. Don't waste your time watching it you will die of boredom. Is all Canadian TV so poorly executed. It loses the story. I waited and waited to hear the story of this poor girl murdered. Very disappointed in this series. And all the cursing was horrible. They put too much unessary junk in it. And it is extremely slow enough to put you to sleep. Quite uninteresting. The people acting are enough to put you to sleep. Focus on the girl and her family not the love affair or whatever between the police officer and the writer lady.

I'm quite fascinated by what people are capable by killing other people. It is so very hard to fathom. I watch alot of real crime shows.

Crime Beat has to be the best crime show I've ever seen. And I've seen tons. It is done very well. Very educational in telling the story. It is done so much so much better than the USA crime shows.

Great detective interviews and interviews with family members. I have been sick in bed and have watched 3 days straight of this show.

Fascinating stories of crime victims and the hunt to find the killers. I think the most fascinating stories in Canada. Look forward to more seasons of this show.

I love this show. Sadly these criminals are already dead when the familial DNA is run. You want them to pay.

For those who make bad comments about Nancy Grace she was a prosecutor at one time and host a few crime shows which I like her. Maybe she is forward and blunt like me. She is much better host than Paula Zahn.

But who does Nancy Grace makeup for this show it is aweful. Fire her makeup artist please. It looks like she has droppy lower eyes with pink liner. Please improve her makeup if she is going to host.

She is very forward and may seem aggressive but that's how all her shows are.

I think this show tells differant aspect of crimes but really digging further into dna.
