An entertaining and well made movie. I enjoyed the chemistry between Mina Harker and Dorian Grey the most. The actors who played these parts were excellent! The movie sparked such an interest in my son that he read the classics that the leagues characters come from. That is why I give this movie a 10. Any movie that makes you want to read the book is a winner! Mina Harker is played by Peta Wilson and Dorian Grey is played by Stuart Townsend. I also recommend that you see Stuart Townsend in "The Queen of the Damned" and "Trapped" and "About Adam" and "Head in the Clouds". I would like to see him in many, many more movies.

Stuart Townsend and Vincent Perez had good chemistry with each other. I enjoyed watching them act because they became the parts they played and were believable. I think this movie was visually more stunning than Interview with a Vampire. I like Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt, but as vampires they looked malnourished and seemed uncomfortable in their roles. I would like to see Stuart Townsend in the role of Lestat in future movies. I give QOTD a 10 for the music as well. But the soundtrack is performed by other artists and not the same singer as in the movie. Just listen to the DVD. I also recommend the DVD widescreen version over the full screen.

She finds her father after a journey across the ocean which turns into a journey to find herself. A great movie for family movie night! I saw this with my daughter (8 yrs old) and we both loved it. I was so glad to see a movie for the whole family rated PG!! We also recommend "The Importance of Being Earnest" with Colin Firth and Reese Witherspoon. And, while your at it, see "Pride and Prejudice" with Colin Firth, another of our family favorites!
