TL:DR Just about broadcastable
Imagine if Friends, or The Big Bang Theory, or some other US sitcom of the last 30 years had had an episode where they went out onto the street and just gave passers by pages of the script at random, then edited the footage into something broadcastable. You know, with a narrative, and some relationship establishment, especially now, of the well-into-middle age cast.
Terrible idea, right? Platonic is that idea made manifest. And it's terrible. Don't even bother wondering whether to try it. Rather too many references to recreational Ketamine use, which must confirm the effects of K on the writing/acting/directing process.

TL:DR You'll have forgotten the beginning by the time you get to the end.
Robert Altman's 1992 'The Player' has Tim Robbins as studio head Griffin Mill who keeps getting death threats. 60 or more stunt castings parade and chunter through its length. 'The Studio' has less jeopardy to work with. Boardroom relationships, for example.
'The Studio' is a kind of Altman tribute, then? No. It attempts to be satirical and feeds its stunt cast in the usual manner, but it seems more to be about 'how many lines of dialogue can be shoehorned, West Wing style, into each scene'? If you don't know who is being sent up, you'll miss most of the snarks. If you do, well bully for you.
Every scene that isn't exposition is to present the celeb guest, who is generally hostile to the protagonist. And who can blame them.
