It's been over 2 weeks since I saw the movie and I think about it at least once a day. Every time I remember this film, the first imagery that comes to mind is that gasp of realization at the end. Your heart is twisted and your soul leaves your body for an instant so you try to gasp for air as if it is the last breath you can take.

The traumatic plot twist is what left the deepest impact in my mind. Nonetheless, the message of the film is as powerful as it's plot twist. The consequences of civil wars are devestating and abhorrent. The hate and the factionalism that tears the brothers of a nation against each other . It can even turn a son against... This film represents true art for me, it gives you a sensation that lingers with you forever.

In years to come I'll probably forget what happened in this movie but I'll never forget the sensation of that hellish gasp.

It was a good premise but it was executed in the wrong genre. I feel that this should have been a psychological horror.

It felt like the idea and the tone of the movie weren't pulling in the same direction.

The actors' performances were ... Fine. They did the job but this wasn't a career defining role for anyone.

The final confrontation was emotionally lacking, I didn't feel danger for the "heroes" or any menace from the "villain". Maybe if the bad guy had any menacing vibes it would have elevated that third act .

I'm sad to see this movie, I'm sad to see the huge potential of the premise, the star power, the great production go to waste. It was a fun 2 hours but it left me with no desire to watch it again. It would have been a great black mirror episode.
