Rarely can it be said that the film betters the original book but this knocks the book into a cocked hat. Great story, great production and locations. Every actor is in their A game. Even the bit players. Only before have I thought one film was better than it's book. The Omega Man bettered the original book (I Legend). I would also argue for Soylent Green being better than "Make Room, Make Room". (Sorry, I have a bit of a thing for the post apocalyptic stuff.
Stand out scenes have to be Theo visiting his brother to the Sound of the. Crimson King by Pink Floyd and the introduction to the home of Michael Caines scientist now weed farmer. Sir Michael listening to 'zen music' is not to be missed.

Stylish, graphic and enjoyable. The lead character got on my nerves but hey ho. The whole film has a great style both visually and musically. It somehow reminded me of Clockwork Orange. Watch it and see.
Others have gone into it but the whole style sticks with you and the game scenes are what you would hope for. Some great things coming out of South Korea of late. Train to Busan is a great example. A must see.

Whatever you decide it's brilliant comedy. It nails the point home that we are all the same even if someone has a physical disadvantage. Yep, even the severely physically disabled can be utter b***ards.
