Go east is not your ordinary drama and that is why it is so refreshing. I couldn't watch some several collossal dramas in 2024 for the same plots and boring repetitive story of the leads, no matter how famous the actors were.
Go east is a story around siffang guan, an immigration bureau in a country of Yong. It was funny because they started it with the corrupt officers that turned around after the arrival of a military commander that got transferred in their west group. They started to joined forces to solved many misteries and tasks.
The story is light, funny and interesting.
They had some slapstic moments that i am not familiar with in cdrama but because of the good actings and consistencies, it is becoming the highlights and i am laughing out loud in every episode.
I love they have light cute romances too, not the cringres one. It make the drama compete.
In China, it has the rating of 8.9 and Top the charts during airing.
Really worth my time and money. Definitely one of my favorite cdrama. Go East !!!💛

Watched this with no expectation but turned out so good that it is now my comfort drama. All the casts are all great actors and candy to the eye.
Some say it slow space but it is not. Bc they need to build the base of the story to make it believable in this era.
The story is around voice over industry, love and friendship. Very positive story with no annoying or toxid problems. Made you want to have those in life.
The romance is cute and not cringe. There is nothing like the girl fell and catched by the man etc. It is cute first love but with maturity.
The bonus is they showed us the foods, cultures, beautiful views and some amazing musics.
The plot is flow smoothly and really worth watching for the high quality.
