Ok, so maybe it might have been a cliche, and it's not the greatest movie in the world. But if anyone has noticed the string of bad movies that 2001 has had, you'll know that it's good to watch a G movie once in a while. As for the movie, I thought it was real cute and funny. Everyone in the theater I was in, was laughing the whole way through. Hell, even a grown man in his 30s was laughing for God sakes. Simply put, if you need a break from watching too many violent, nasty, rated R movies, or just want a good clean fun time, WATCH THIS MOVIE.

Now I thought DKC 1&2 were one of the best side scrolling adventure games to be around. However with this game, we don't have Donkey or Diddy but instead, it's that Retarded Dixie Kong and this other whiny baby named Kiddy Kong (who is Funky's little cousin) which make for a forgettable duo. The levels and every other obsticle in this game are quite the same with new improvements. This time your going around the seas. All of the characters that help you are changed once again. Cranky spends his life playing Swanky's games, Cranky's wife: Wrinkly now gives you advice. And Funky now does boat rides instead of Aircrafts. Plus you go see all these different bears that help you, yadda yadda ya etc. etc. Otherwise the graphics and gameplay are still the same and if your such a hardcore fan of the DK series than go ahead and get it. If your not well, it may just be a rental for you.

The thing that Disney has done a billion times in every single one of their movies such as Aladdin, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Mulan, etc. Is those annoying sidekicks with one-liners that the kids admire and the adults only like them because they are voiced by people such as Robin Williams and Eddie Murphy. But every time they bring in characters like this, they just have to make spin-offs of the sidekicks, of which I don't know how they get made. Timon and Pumbaa which is a spin-off of Lion King is fairly decent, despite some of the same tiresome Looney Tunes style Cartoony situations with other characters who won't be remembered. The side shows to Timon and Pumbaa, which are the one's with those Hyena's are not so bad. The Rafaki Baboon episodes are very blah. Note to anyone who has kids: Be careful of getting your kid hook on pointless spinoffs, for there have been things worse than this. Timon and Pumbaa in themselves make a great comedy couple.
