I don't like most of the popcorn comedies at all. I expected to watch an awful movie, but surprisingly '' Hotel '' could made me satisfied. I can say that I watched an acceptable and funny comedy.

I totally hate Pejman Jamshidi! I consider him as a bad actor, but he was good here. Also, Mohsen Kiayee was very funny too. The rest of the cast were neutral.

'' Hotel '' is the best movie of Mohsen Atyabi (The director) He directed so many awful and trash movies, but surprisingly '' Hotel '' is the only acceptable movie of his career.

Positive points of '' Hotel '':

• Funny and acceptable story
• Funny moments
• Some dialogues are very funny
• The duo of Pejman Jamshidi + Mohsen Kiayee

Negative points of '' Hotel '':

• Use too much verbal erotic dialogues
• All of the characters are stereotype.

After 40 years still the songs of " Disco Dancer " are fantastic, but the script is awful and such a cliché. If you don't watch " Disco Dancer " you don't miss anything at all, but I recommend you listen to it songs.

Farhadi uses lying games in his movies often, but it just worked well for " Firework Wednesday " and " About Elly ". Here in " A Separation " it's become boring.

" A Separation " is like a talk-show that actors compete each other for telling the best lie! Every actor try to snatch the gold medal of lying and betraying!

The story is very weak and meaningless. Performances are awful too. Only Peyman Maadi has an average acting here.

If this movie was made in the U. S or Europe no one paid attention and gave awards to it.

Such a shame for academy to give Oscar to this film!
