The worst thing about IMDB reviews is that people jump on after 10 minutes of one episode and can it. Also the excuses to make it seem like a bad show are ridiculous, shaky camera, what hogwash the camera work is trying to accurately portray a stressful day in an ER and it does a great job of that. No nurses! What show did they watch? No mask, I have been in an ER 6 times in the last 3 years and gloves are what is mandated to use, barely anyone uses masks, only during the pandemic were masks compulsory. I have found this to be quite realistic in its portrayal of an ER. The acting is superb, the character writing is nearly spot on and each episode goes in a flash because of the storylines. The only possible gripe I have is the amount of drama that the medical staff have going on though I understand why they write about it. The grittiness of the loss of limbs and life are excellent. I will continue to watch it and I am ecstatic that it has been given a second season. If you don't have this on your watch list I don't understand what you would have but it would be horrible of that I am sure.

I really enjoy this show, sure it's changed over the 7 seasons but not in a bad way. Reading people's comments on her just reinforces my view that you should wait until the end before writng reviews.

The people having a go at Season 7 after 2 or 3 episodes is ridiculous, then giving up on the show after all that time is even more ridiculous. You just miss out on great episodes.

People complaining about the language, really, you expect men in those situations not to swear in the situations they find themselves in, get realistic please.

Anyway in my opinion it has been a great journey and one I have thoroughly enjoyed, I definitely recommend it as a watch for the people who haven't done so as yet.

This has been a joy to watch over all 7 seasons, it has covered the complexities of the characters superbly. Good to see a show that show so may main characters with foibles. All I can say is that it is worth the effort of watching it. The final season has been wonderful and the finale of the show, in my opinion, has to be one of the finest I have ever seen. The show makes you laugh and cry but most of all it gives you an upbeat feeling. It is one of the few shows that I actually didn't hate half the main characters which is a feat in itself. I really wish there were a lot more shows like this.
