What a dreadful movie. To spent time and watch it for nothing. And this is the worst part: Part 1 - Ok, seems entertaining and things happen, rating 7. Part 2 - Hmm, things keep revolving around same three characters and things doesn't happen anymore, rating 6. Part 3 - Everything is virtually the same as it was in Part 2 with the most stupid and empty ending, rating 5. So it was a downhill through the movie for me.

It's really hard to point out any single strong side of the movie. From 2024 movies Trap seems like a masterpiece compared to this and that tells something. What comes to movies I don't say this very often, but, watch this movie at home from stream service. I felt sorry to spent valuable ticket for this one.

I enjoyed this movie. I have seen previous X movies and this one worked for me the best. I actually was rather hyped about this movie since I liked X and Pearl.

I have read some of the reviews here and I tend to agree with positive and negative things in reviews that have given 6 or 7 for this movie. Looks like that reviews that have compared this to other X movies keep X best. I can understand that since the story in X or Pearl is much tighter and manageable than in Maxxxine. The larger scope in the movie is it's biggest issue. The movie has very limited screen time to completely deliver the story. I think the worst part of the movie is ending. That is rather sloppy work. It little bit of reminds me bodybuilder movie Love Lies Bleeding. A24 style non-sense ending just to paint some weird metaphors and to look clever.

I recommend to watch this in theater. Just because of visuals and sounds. They are excellent.

Really good movie. I totally recommend to watch it in cinema. Then why 7? Because of the details. This movie had huge potential and it's really pity that it didn't cash out everything what it could had. I think action scenes aren't that particularly interesting. They are good but not as good as in Aliens. And they should be even better because the quality of the production is incredibly high. The movie sounds and looks excellent but action scenes as such doesn't just rise quite above the bar. The best thing about the movie is that it was really interesting to watch from the first scene to the end. I never had a boring moment. Maybe at the middle point the movie little bit of loses the pace but not that bad.

I must give extra credit to the final action scene. There are some things that I totally didn't expect. Maybe even the best part of the movie. The creature design at the end is extremely well made. It's pity that they didn't take complete advantage of very disturbing and twisted creature design at the very end.

I also think that the movie runs little bit of too short. Usually I find lees is more in movies better but here it's almost like there is 20 mins missing.

Just a final note. When watching this movie, I understand what a master of movies James Cameron is. He really had excellent overall touch with Aliens. Something what is extremely difficult to reproduce. Even today with all of the technology and the resources. Bravo Cameron.
