Awesome sci fi/action movie. Keanu Reeves isn't that great at acting but he's great in the action scenes. The story is great even though part of it is from the Terminator movies and it takes up a lot of the movie. The action scenes are awesome. I hope they make a sequel. The best movie of 99 so far until Star Wars Episode 1 comes out. Go see this on the big screen and get it on DVD.
After seeing the preview for this movie I knew I would love it and I sure did! Paul Verohoven did such a great job directing this like he did in Total Recall and Robocop. He should direct more sci fi movies. Sure the acting is bad and the story isn't that great but there is lots of action. The first hour may not have much action but it shows what things are like in the future and it builds up to the action. The action is awesome especially that scene at the outpost. I love the blood and gore. It looks some what realistic unlike in Braveheart. The guns need to be more powerful. Go buy this movie.
This movie kicks a**. Will Smith and Martin Lawerance are awesome. Its one of those buddy/buddy action comedies like the Lethal Weapon movies that I love. Jerry Bruckhiemer and Michael Bay's best movie ever. Go rent it or even buy it.
