I am genuinely surprised this animation doesn't get more buzz. It's a genuinely funny movie-musical, with excellent comedic timing and engaging action!

The animation style-naturally similar to Spiderverse-pops with energy, blending slick choreography with vibrant colors that match the K-pop aesthetic perfectly. The soundtrack is both catchy and purposeful, moving the story forward while offering plenty of earworms you'll find yourself humming later.

What really sells it, though, is the cast. The characters are distinct and charming, and the voice acting absolutely excellent! They deliver both humor and heart without missing a beat. There's an underlying sincerity to the story - about identity, friendship, and the pressure to perform - that elevates it beyond a typical genre mashup.

Sure, it leans into some familiar tropes, but it does so with such self-awareness and flair that it's hard not to be won over. If you're a fan of animation, musicals, or just want something fun and different, K-Pop Demon Hunters is absolutely worth your time!

The animation is solid, the visuals also. The sound design works, so does the music.

The movie has only two flaws, and they ruined it for me: attributing the main cast humanlike qualities, and spending too much time on the same small sets. This ruined the entire immersion for me.

When animals look, move, and sound like real animals-I think they should also behave like animals. Anthropomorphism only works when we don't really think of the cast as animals.

It is not easy to keep it interesting when the scenery is primarily water. But spending time on conflicts or situations that don't really move the plot forward is too easy.

This movie could have focused on the hardship of being a cat, but instead it stumbles trying to make it about familiar human feelings.

The entire package is so very satisfying; the ticking clock, the clear goal--and all the little steps to reach it.

If you enjoy seeing the pieces of the puzzle coming together, this is probably a movie you will enjoy quite a bit.

The movie sounds great, the acting is top notch. The directing is great, so is the cinematography. I enjoyed this movie from start to finish.
