What's in It for Me?

A Devil's Film DVD brings three Stepmom porn scenes, running nearly 3 hours long, that are drawn from two Adult Time series: "Pure Taboo" and "Mommy's Boy".

Two of the vignettes are recycled, both having been recently made available on the Adult Time VOD "Sugar Mama". "Mile High Mama" has Lauren Phillips as an agile MILF who is quite amusing. The scene features a better-than-average story setup before the XXX action erupts.

Lauren and stepson Josh Rivers are celebrating mom's new job as a stewardess, and she looks quite convincing in her costume, replete with a stylish scarf (that brought back porn memories of those Swedish Erotica short subjects four decades ago). She's going to be travelling and away from him a lot, and is a bit nervous about her new career, so Josh suggests a little role-playing. He pretends to be a traveler, and she services him as the flight attendant.

No surprise that this is a ruse to seduce her, and when Josh sports a hard-on she gets the message. Couple is proficient in their sex scene, and the segment ends cheerfully with Lauren ad libbing and momentarily breaking the Fourth Wall.

In "The Oedipussy Complex", Reagan Foxx's acting ability makes this faux incest vignette stand out from the run of the mill entries in the "Mommy's Boy" series. She actually creates an almost serious tone to an otherwise silly porno concept, and stays in character (for the most part) once the XXX action sets in.

She's playing a mature stepmom who's studying psychology at college under a professor named Mills (the usual in-joke name dropping producer Bree Mills). For her course, she's trying out psychotherapy techniques and uses her stepson Juan Loco as a test subject.

As Reagan asks him questions about his relationship to his father, it comes out that Juan is envious of his dad's relationship to stepmom Reagan: daddy has sex with her that he can't have. Reagan decides to bolster the kid's self-confidence by having sex with him, right there on the couch she's using as a patient's style couch. And after his money shot half an hour later, she's the one who's gained self-confidence, that she'll pass the course.

From "Pure Taboo" comes "Help My Boy: A Lexi Luna Story". I liked this episode not just because it showcases Lexi Luna in a fine performance but because it is a rare case in the series of being strictly upbeat -none of the usual sour melodrama.

She plays David Lee's stepmom, with the odd plot element, reminiscent of the Hotwifing genre, that his dad Will Pounder encourages wife Lexi to service his sexually inexperienced son. We're introduced to Lee's problem in a cute introduction where he unsuccessfully tries to pick up a cute young girl (uncredited, unfortunately) by the pool with a series of the lamest pick-up lines imaginable.

Lexi agrees to seduce him and succeeds, with everybody happy at the end. Either scripter Midnight forgot to write a nasty ending, or felt sorry for fans like me who tired long ago of the meanness associated with these vignettes.

Title "Mommy's Boy" segment is rather bland and ordinary, except that Pristine Edge is looking more beautiful than ever - congrats to the uncredited makeup lady (Gamma Entertainment used to credit the makeup artists like Lisa Sloane and Cammy Ellis but not any more).

She plays a single mom who's having trouble finding a new job. When she asks her teen son (Ricky Spanish) to drop his addiction to playing video games all day long and go to work to help share expenses, he asks for sex in return and, in the usual porn logic, she quickly agrees.

This well-seasoned pair of players have a solid sex scene together, but with such a skimpy story it doesn't amount to much. But staring at Pristine is a treat.
