After watching,and purchasing,"Capital Games",the first of G.A.Hauser's movies,I was hoping for another movie that was polished,professionally acted and produced and with a cast of attractive men.I could NOT have been more wrong here. The "acting",if one can call it that here,was wooden and abysmal.The story was uninteresting and tedious.The two lead actors had no chemistry and were,at best,unattractive.This is basically a bunch of guys walking around a seedy area of L.A. reciting their lines.We can only hope that if any of Ms.Hauser's other books come to life on screen that they more closely resemble "Capital Games" than this train wreck.This is a severe nosedive from Capital Games in both production and cast.STAY AWAY!

All I remember from the film was the decent kissing scenes, and the idiotic wrongful wear of the bullet proof vest

I enjoyed this movie for the plot, dialogue and actors. It was not polished and high quality but held my attention and an enjoyable watch.

Naked Dragon [2014] is a more than pleasant directorial debut by G.A. Houser, who was also author, co-screen writer and executive producer. It is a police procedural drama with a large dash of romance set in unspecified modern times in Los Angeles. Davon Williams plays a rookie police officer (Dave Harris) who is, from the opening scenes, competent and confidant. Jesse Seann Atkinson plays a psychic FBI Agent (Robbie Taylor) assigned especially because of the gruesome nature of a mega-serial killer's multi-state rampage. As a drama, I give this film a B-. The story is compelling and played with enough enthusiasm by all the actors involved. As a police procedural, I give it a B+ with interplay between LAPD and FBI, the biggest fault being the action taking place off-screen and we pick up with the aftermath and the FBI guys being wooden (doh) until the last 10 minutes. But as a romance, I give Naked Dragon an A. Williams and Atkinson make a very attractive and believable couple. Williams' shy awkwardness is well-balanced by Atkinson's "knowing." The kisses are actually credible. The intimacy scenes are mostly shrouded in shadow but without holding back. All-in-all, it was a good and well-developed plot played believably by competent actors who, as it happens, were not afraid to kiss each other. That makes for an excellent LGBT film in my book.

I very much enjoyed seeing a story depict MALE, multi-racial, law enforcement professionals developing a relationship. It is also rare to see a movie of this genre type explore a plot having a bit of action/adventure. Refreshing and believable!

I really enjoyed this - a story about an FBI agent and patrol officer who meet and fall in love. I thought the acting was adequate or good and the story totally believable. Unlike many Gay themed stories, no one cheated or did drugs - the leads were perfectly normal. Several guests to my home have seen this and all liked it.
