I love how the storyline sticks to what the whole story is about. No unnecessary sub-plots or anything like that. I was captivated for the whole 12 episodes!! I hope there is a season 2, I need to know how everything ends!!!
Well written story, the execution and the actors brought their A-game. There is still so many things we do not know about the characters so I genuinely and wholeheartedly believe that we will get a season 2... and I hope that this time it will be put on a bigger streaming platform like netflix or disney plus cause I went through so many hoops trying to watch the drama. Anyway, a 10 over 10. I 100% recommend watching it!!!

Excellent! I can't remember another apparent slow-paced T. V. show that keeps you at the edge of your seat episode after episode. When you think the yarn has been wound, another thread appears. I love everyone's acting. From the chairman's passive-aggressive personality, the jolly lawyer, the naive but very observant intern, and the super smart, quiet and diaphanous financier, to the male hotel clerk with his deceiving way of looking at the guests from the last episode. But I have to specially praise Lee Je Hoon, even more so, after seeing his true personality in "Rented in Finland". From Berry-Jam Eggs Master to White Snake with a hint of Taxi Driver! Kudos!
First of all, there is no jerk or clown-like supporting actors in this drama series. But as always, there are bad, unloyal, betrayal and greedy characters who usually make a lot of twists to the storyline. The plots and the scenarios faithfully maintain on the track, never go astray too far away from it.
Secondly, the soundtrack, i.e., the background music to accommodate the ongoing scenes are just right and so subtle enough that never unnaturally disturb a smooth and peaceful viewing. Unlike most of the other so-called Korean comedies that moronically added annoying cartoonish music to exaggerate the acting of those clown-like supporting actors or main characters facial expressions. The music appears at the right moment, not exaggerate or tries so annoyingly hard to dramatize the scenes.
The storyline of this series is evenly balanced to tell a story in two episodes, and every story is different from the others. Such smart arrangement and allocation just keep we viewers' interest and never lose it.
If there is any negative point about this drama series, I would say that the main actor, Lee Je-hoon, is not good enough, since his rigid and cardboard-like acting is not great at all, and the character/role he played can be replaced with other male actors, all they should do is acting like him, with limited fact expressions and dialogue, no emotion, no feeling and nothing to say too much, just stand there or bowing. We can cast the main actors of some other TV drama series, such as Crash Landing on You or Love Scout...because they all did the same cardborad-like acting, rigid, expressionless, not too much dialogue needed. Anyway, it's easy to play such role by him.

I'm looking forward to watching this series every weekend. It's such a captivating one. Initially, I only intended to watch it because of Lee Jee Hoon, but I didn't expect to love this drama as much as I do. It's so well-crafted-every episode has me hooked. I really hope this turns out to be a 16-episode series (but I guess not). I wish they could extend it to 16 episodes, though.
The music is a perfect fit, and I actually love it. It has this '50s to '70s vibe that kind of takes me back in time. Whoever put this music and drama together-man, you're doing a great job!
This series is different from my usual favorite genres, which are crime, thriller, and action. However, with just words and negotiations, it delivers the perfect dose of mystery to keep the audience curious. I can definitely see the "art of negotiation" at work. I'm so impressed with the characters and how every seemingly trivial scene actually contributes to the story. I love how varied the stories are, and everything is so well organized. Some episodes even have humorous moments.
And Mr. Yoon's hair? So captivating-he looks like an anime character! He fits the role perfectly.
Overall, this is truly a masterpiece. It's kind of sad that it's nearly ending. I have so much more to say, but I'll just end this with a heartfelt thank you for creating this kind of drama.

This episode had the perfect balance of realism and mystery, making it incredibly engaging. I loved that there wasn't a dramatic cliffhanger in episode 1, yet the way it ended still left me eager for more. The pacing was just right, drawing me in without feeling rushed. And I have to say, Lee Je-hoon's white hair adds so much depth and intrigue to his character-I can't get enough of it! It enhances his presence and makes him even more captivating to watch. If you give this a try, you'll see exactly what I mean. The first episode had such a strong and promising start, and I truly hope more people check it out because it deserves all the attention!
