Put on your dancing shoes for a good time from some plucky indy filmmakers with this dance flick! This is a dance movie with underdogs that you definitely root for.. at its heart its a family film. perfect for me and my gal pals with young ones learning tap. Sure some film snobs might pick it apart because lets face it, this a low budget movie, with no stars and definitely some small film quirks - but it has BIG dreams - just like its protagonist and that my friends is inspiring. I was impressed with the choreography and the ending with its awesome effects... really that had me by surprise... You know, its like the Cinderella story .. the kid from nowhere... at its heart, which is big - its a family film and inspiring to see the talent this indy film put together to provide my family and I a nice night of entertainment. So watch it with the family, come for the fun - Stay for the dance, baby! 4 stars!

Not many films these days are suitable for the whole family, but Dance Baby Dance is for everyone. It's also a great watch for aspiring dancers who are following their dreams. While it may be lacking from a technical standpoint, but makes up for it in heart.

This film is heart touching by its deep Story about the passion and the devotion for the dream of living as a great dancer. We all dream but here we learn that only with the honest support by the ones we love we can reach our goal if we truly believe in ourselves and if we are open to our emotions, open to receive that constructive attention from our beloved ones and to get into action and to work hard on our dreams. Happily Jimmy Percer has this unique family who is standing by his side and is giving him the hope he needs in every moment no matter what because of unconditional love and with this gift he soon begins to feel more comfortable with himself and to pursuit his dream and his career in order to prove his wife and child that their support was worth it and to love them back with his charming smile and fantastic performance as a dancer in front of the significant judges. I like this film. Great work also by the main Actor who is the Director and the writer of this film. Great Actors. I recommend this.
