I was deeply moved by this film, immediately got into main character's world, he was so real so touchable, one of the millions of young people in iran who suffered from injustice but never gave up, never fell into cheap victimized feeling, he was a modern time hero in my eyes, a free soul, an idealist University student, but got traped in a nightmare, i've never felt a love as deep as the love in this film, the Title was I'm Not Angry but iran's young generation is Angry, is dissapointed, i feel them to my bones, just watch this film if you want to get a realistic idea about them.

In my opinion, this film is the best Iranian film that has been able to portray the conditions of the middle class of society, who are always condemned to silence under various social pressures.
Navid's detailed and deep characterization throughout the film makes the viewer fall in love with the film.
The two-person sequences between Navid and Setareh are characterized by strong dialogue, cinematography, and direction, and most importantly, Navid Mohammadzadeh's powerful acting surprises the viewer more than expected.
The film has some weaknesses, but given its narrative style, it is consistent and can be overlooked. Let's not forget that the goal of cinema is to impress the audience, which this film does in a way that the audience is not upset by its ending because it is completely related to the film's narrative.
