It's a a one of the best flim in 2024 nice story excellent acting and the direction was so good. Even the star cast was perfect I watched with my mom and it's create another level memory for us. Specially Mithun Chakraborty was fabulous as always. And thanks to the whole team to make such flim on this kind of topics which need to be highlighted and there should be learning things for society. Atlast thanks Jeet Ganguly sir for your amezing songs it's highly recommended movie every one should wath this kind of film with family and parents and support for future Bengali movie like shontaan. Thanks again.

Outstanding movie.

During the controversy I thought the movie might be avarage but after watching the movie I can definitely say Movie was great,Raj Chakroborty great direction, Mithun da's splendid performance.. Rittik also.. Subhashree very average performance. Even at this age he can ruin the box office...Very great acting sense...New generation actors should learn like Dev Jeet.

Pros: Mithun, Story, Direction, Rittik and others actors. Last 30 min is just awesome.

Cons: very less. I can say Son's character might be well established.

After Porineetaa..Shontan..I can the day the best movie of Raj Chakroborty.

This is one of Mithun Chakraborty's best performances wouldn't be an understatement. As others mentioned, the cast is tailor-made. There are absolutely flaws in cinematography, editing, background score but the actors made it their own. Storyline is just as symmetry to this genre, but Mithun Chakraborty and in some scenes Ritwik have outperformed.

The other castes supported well to brew this old story to a finer liquor - absolutely worth watching.

Raj Chakraborty as a director is blooming with time and will wish to watch some more. This should be commercially acclaimed to the TGs if properly marketed.

But actor Mithun Chakraborty has owned this one - he won the show and the audience again with his charm, apt emotions and subtle gentleness.

Shontaan is a must watch!!

This is undoubtedly one of MithunDa's best performances. There are many emotional moments throughout the movie, but specifically the last 15 minutes are bound to make you cry. I saw people still weeping while coming out of the theatre.

10 star is also less for this movie. Literals made every single person cry in the theatre at the end. Oshadharon movie. After baghban, we finally have a movie based on injustice against old parents that narreted so well.
