After a terrible film, Brichos 1, a sequel was made shortly after (obviously with public money, as the first film didn't even make it to the box office and went unnoticed by many). The first film had themes such as patriotism mixed with conflicts between parents and children and attempted murder of children, however, this film tries to raise patriotism even further to the level where they mix xenophobia and conspiracy with anime/science fiction themes with that old cliché that the United States is the villain country.
The film clearly focuses on a villainous businessman who is that greedy Captain Planet villain who even dress himself as Darth Vader in some point wants to destroy nature for money to the point where he wants to steal the lands of the Amazon from Brazil, ironically forming an alliance with a Middle Eastern terrorist. The film tries its best to look radical and cool for young audiences, given the new art style trying to look a bit like an anime or placing everyone in different places in the world fighting against the villain, although at the same time showing political debate and having terrible jokes like Bandeira and his father farting in one of the scenes (by the way, even the last scene of the movie is a fart joke), but it seems like something made by a boomer who doesn't understand the young audience. And of course, the villain from the first film, Ratão, returns, practically allying himself with an American eagle called "Sam Bald Eagle" who works for the film's main villain. The most pathetic side is at the end when the film leaves its political side to force a space action scene trying to imitate Star Wars which shows how the director of this film just wanted to play around writing a crazy fanfic with his characters. I gave it a score of 1 like the first film, but if I could I would give it a score lower than 0.
