To escape the advances of her sleazy step-father, Skylar (Conor Tuohy), Bea (Mariah Moss) approaches a stranger at the bar and kisses him, little does she know the man she just kissed is actually the son of a prime minister, who thinks she is just a provocative woman trying to sleep with him. After throwing alcohol in Renato's (Noah Fearnley) face, her adoptive mother, Julie (Amy Simon), kicking her out, she meets the mysterious "M" (Nick Ritacco) who assists her with getting into her dream school. Unfortunately, on her first day, the stranger from the bar is also starting out at her school. "M" then blackmails Bea to get close to Renato and become his girlfriend eventually asking her to gather information from him. Renato too is undercover, trying to uncover a crime syndicate. But when she learns the truth about her identity and past, how will she react, what happens when she really does fall for Renato and how can she escape M's grasp?
Mariah Moss as Bea, is a joy to watch, the way she encapsulated the persona of Bea and utilised non-verbal forms of communication to give depth to this character was phenomenal. The incredible chemistry between Mariah & Noah was on full display throughout the entire series, playing to her strengths Mariah is truly a joy to watch in any series she takes part in. Mariah is a heavy hitter in the vertrasphere and I have no doubt she will have a long and very successful acting career.
Noah Fearnley as Renato, once again is, as always, fantastic in this series, he truly can play any character. With this character in particular having to play not only the heart throb playboy, but an undercover diplomat, college student, and somewhat a detective is incredible! As I said above, his on screen chemistry with Mariah is insurmountable and made this series even more of a joy to watch.
Nick Ritacco as M, Nick is such a bloody brilliant actor, I love him as the good guy and love to hate him as the villain, in this series is portrayal of the evil and twisted "M" is one of the best representations of a true villain in a vertical series, and I did enjoy that this character did allow more depth to a villain. The evil look in his eyes as he kills and manipulates people makes you truly feel afraid of him. But we all know Nick is lovely in reality so that's okay :)
A fun series with plot twists and surprises, I would be very surprised if you haven't seen this one yet, but if you haven't go go go!!

I watched this one recently.
Mariah Moss is absolutely stunning and talented. She is Beatrice "Bea" Belaire, who is harassed by her step father (incredible Connor Tuhohy) and her adoptive mother... kisses a handsome stranger (My wonderful idol Noah Fearnley) to escape from Skylar... The handsome stranger, Renato IV, is actually the Prime Minister's Son of Arcadia, undercover to fight against a criminal : M (brilliant amazing Nick Ritacco)... but Who is Beatrice actually ?
She will discover her real identity, betrayal, crime, helps the FBI, and... real love with Renato.
Jane Goldman (Scarlett) and Kenny Sale (Sloan) are really supportive friends of Brenato (Mix of Bea and Renato). Jane and Kenny need their own vert, as leads.
I was not ready for Sloan's real identity.
We can notice the presence of Kevin O'Sullivan as a FBI Agent.
IDK the name of the actress who's Renato's mum, but I would like to tell her she is stunning with her golden dress, and seems to be sweet.
Juste 2 negative points : 1 : Why the actor who portrayed Renato III (Renato's Dad) is younger than Noah Fearnley ? It's totally illogical. A 45-50 year-old actor (eg. Michael Vaccaro or Kevin O'Sullivan) had to be more appropriate, because Renato is sensed to be 18-20.
2 : please have mercy with the subtitles : deputy minister doesn't exist. I know the Prime Minister, the Vice Minister, The Minister, The Secretary of State, The Deputy Mayor (I'm French and this title does exist as "Deputé Maire", in my country)... but not the Deputy Minister.
