I'm going to be real honest here. I only made it through 9 minutes before I had to tap out. The only other review made the editing comparison to "Max Headroom" and that is 100% accurate. Is it to accentuate the dialog? No. Is it for humorous purposes? Again, no. Add to that a collection of "Looney Tunes" sound effects, and terrible dialogue. I hope the filmmakers had a blast making it, but it's awful for the rest of us. Don't bother.
