Must watch series. I like barun sobti since I watched iss pyaar ko kya naam du and again one of the reason to watch this series and I must say he did not disappointed. His expressions😍
The girl who played radhika was soo beautiful and great acting, I really loved her.
The girl who played Suman role is every other girl who is introvert could easily relate with her.
All the actors have done great job. Somewhere the story was going slow but it picked up so well and the topic of a man leaving his job for his kid was refreshing really loved this aspect.
Every father or going to be a father should watch this.

This is one of the most fun, lighthearted, shows that you'll watch this entire year. The show follows the journey of 3 people who've been friends since their childhood and have their own separate lives now, trying to juggle parenting, work, friendship and marriage at the same time.
Parents with babies/young kids will relate on a whole different level. There's also a whole for people who've got a handful of friends they are tight with. The show also effortlessly comments on class, tradition, society, patriarchy x matriarchy, and so much more.
There's a lot going on in this show but it doesn't feel like it. The dialogues (and the dialogue delivery) range from chuckle-worthy to hilarious.
I ended up running this in the background and you can too, but you're likely gonna enjoy this more if you pay attention. Don't miss this one.

With all the serious and gritty dramas around, it's quite refreshing to find a feel-good series. So, when I came across this one, I jumped on it right away.
The story revolves around three childhood friends who are now young parents, and how this new chapter of parenthood brings a host of challenges. The series is all about how they take their friendship forward and navigate daily life issues.
The plot is highly relatable, with each episode tackling a new issue in their lives. It's an urban story, focusing on people in their late twenties or early thirties, which makes it resonate well with an urban audience. The writing is the real star here-you'll often get a sense of déjà vu, as you've likely encountered these situations in your own life or in the lives of people around you.
Barun Sobti is now a name you can trust. He handles every role with maturity, and his performance here, with a pinch of comedy, is flawless. Anjali Anand, of Rocky Aur Rani fame, shines with her sassy attitude. Priya Bapat, with her innocent look and naïve character, will steal your heart. The chemistry between the three leads is the highlight of the show, keeping it engaging throughout. Even the actors playing their partners have done a great job.
Surprisingly, the series is directed by Sumeet Vyas, and he has done a fabulous job. As an actor, he's already proven his mettle, but now he shows he can be a capable director too. The way the characters are written and the dialogues are crafted makes it a very relatable watch. The music and title montage are also standouts. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be the title of the series-it sounds too shady for such a sweet narrative.
I hope the makers plan a second season because this one truly deserves it. If you're looking for something light to binge-watch, look no further-this series is a gem.

I am surprised reading the reviews .it is clear that someone from the team has been fiddling with reviews and giving 10/10 . If it was so good why did it not do well . Looked at Ormax figures . Nothing great there . But Some actors work is always heavily manipulated at every level . You tube views rigged . Critical reviews manipulated Everyone who watched said it was another boring web series. . That there was nothing to get excited about . Sobti looks old and his acting has gone down so much that now You know he is acting . He has lost his appeal. There is nothing natural about it . Why do I feel that the reviews are manipulated . The story , direction the whole plot is like a mix of theee men and a baby with something else . The two other actresses very very average .I could not even watch all the episodes . May be my choice is very different . Indian web has a long way to go compared to US and other shows.

Raat Jawaan Hai brings a breath of fresh air amidst serious dramas, focusing on three childhood friends who navigate parenthood with humor and heart. Each episode tackles relatable challenges faced by young parents in urban life, making the series feel like a slice of reality.
The show's charm lies in its writing and cast. Barun Sobti's humor, Anjali Anand's sass, and Priya Bapat's innocence blend perfectly, while Sumeet Vyas's direction shines, giving depth to the story. The writing captures everyday struggles with authenticity, and the chemistry among the leads keeps it engaging.
My takeaway? Going in without expectations, I found the light, humorous approach and stellar cast work a delight. If you're looking for a binge-worthy, feel-good series, Raat Jawaan Hai is a gem worth watching.

It's a refreshing, slice-of-life dramedy that hits close to home, especially if you're into stories about friendship, growing up, and navigating life's curveballs. Barun Sobti, Priya Bapat, and Anjali Anand have great chemistry-their dynamic feels genuine and relatable. The show does a great job blending humor with emotional depth, without getting too heavy.
What really works is its grounded storytelling-it doesn't try too hard to be flashy. The nostalgia, the late-night convos, and the subtle life lessons make it feel real and warm, like catching up with old friends over chai at midnight.
If you enjoy character-driven stories with heart and humor, Raat Jawaan Hai is definitely worth a binge.

Really liked the story line and the idea of three friends sharing their journey of parenthood. In the ad, once I saw the cast and a couple of scenes as ads, I was hooked by the idea of ," Raat Jawan Hai". Also saw great reviews here on IMDB.
Also, I am a big fan of 2 out of the 3 leads. Priya Bapat in City of joy was just fantastic! Mr Sobti is usually great.
Had really good hopes of this series since I am a mother of a toddler too, I thought this would be relatable .
But this pace was pretty ho-hum. I could not watch more than 2 episodes. There were few chuckle worthy scenes, but few and far in between.
The reviews are fairly misleading.

A Heartwarming Glimpse into Everyday Life
This series is a delightful surprise, offering a refreshing take on the mundane aspects of our daily lives.
The characters are all relatable, also hilarious at times and because of which you connect to their lives and feelings. Every aspect of their life is beautifully portrayed.
The direction is great, the skilful handling of the narrative keeps the audience engaged.
Barun Sobti is surely a missed opportunity for the big screens. He is charming, amazing at his work, transitions into his characters so easily!
A must-watch for anyone seeking a heartwarming and uplifting viewing experience.

The series gets boring way too early. The only glue is actors of the series who have tried their hardest to keep it entertaining. Story is for new generation parenting which is very relatable and that's why it's relevant. It's way too slow to watch though. If there is second season I would expect a little more good writing . I watched it till the end because of the new concept. No one has made a series like this till now . If you have enough time you can watch it. The friendship trio is new and makes it more interesting to watch. I hope second season is more enjoyable because cast is very good.

The biggest dilemma of our country at this time is that we pretend to be and show in such series/movies what we are not.
1) What percentage of people in our country smoke and drink? But in movies & series everybody is shown as drinking and smoking 2) Instead of showing our culture of Joint families, they showcase nuclear families where the couples are not even interested in supporting and living with their parents. And then this generation wants to give all facilities in this world to their own kids without even thinking what their old parents/in-laws needs at their old age. They want their freedom without having parents/in-laws at home, and then will expect their kids to take care of them when they grow old.
3) Parents/in-laws are always shown intruding characters, while in real life this might not always be the case. The generations differ so does the thinking of each generation. No adjustment is norm 4) They are shown struggling for money and want to earn more and more and then are showing living in houses in Mumbai which might be costing 3-4 crores+. Where do they get this much money from with just one earning. And not to forget nobody owns a car less than 25 Lacs+
The makers don't realize that our young generation looks at these actors/actresses in such series/movies and feel all this is cool and in thing, and they follow their path.
Overall wrong portrayal of our country and society.

Love it love it love it....this is what If F. R. I. E. N. D. S. Was ever made in India look like. Me and my wife just love it and have fallen in love with the characters. After along time have seen something so light, breezy and yes something you connect to at a deeper level. The only fault I see is in its name, it kind of doesn't tell you what the show is about and a lot of people will be out of by the name. But guys give it a shot and you won't be disappointed. I am sure you will love it. It's a must watch show!!! If you liked friends you will like this too. Can't wait for the next season. Please see it and tell others too see it too.

We need more seasons Sumeet Vyas :)
Before I start review , this has really taught be few normal things which we don't talk .
"Raat Jawaan Hai" is a beautifully crafted series that captures the essence of friendship and the challenges of parenthood. Sumeet Vyas has done an exceptional job in bringing this relatable story to life. The chemistry between Barun Sobti, Anjali Anand, and Priya Bapat feels authentic, making you laugh, cry, and reflect on your own relationships.
The writing is sharp and heartfelt, tackling the complexities of balancing personal ambitions with the responsibilities of raising children. The humor is subtle yet effective, and the emotional moments hit all the right notes. It's rare to find a show that feels this genuine, portraying the struggles and joys of modern family life with such warmth.
Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refreshing, emotional, and meaningful watch. A gem that deserves all the love it can get!
