... or two or three .. or more. Actually the movie starts with exactly that ... so no pun intended. You may be curious how we got here .. and the movie backtracks to give us exactly that ... answers to this and more things (of sorts). And while that may sound enticing at first ... well I do wonder how many will still want any answers ... or are satisfied with them.

The actors in this try their best, but this is quite easy to see through (not clothes, in case you expect something in particular you may be disappointed, but I don't think it would have helped or hurt the movie - if you ask me) ... so very predictable ... even the beginning that gets explained ... if you want to call it that, does not contain much of a secret once you arrive at it ... seen worse, but also way better movies.

Comercial Mexican contemporary cinema produces pure garbage since almost half of century. Unidimensional characters, ridiculous stories, with out any relationshipo with reality, disconected of how women are and presented as ridiculous stereotypes outing from classical Mexican soap operas. This actual comercial Mexican cinema produces pure and simple garbage since decades, is absolutely insulting to any decent inteligence, showing the worse and most superficial qualities of stereotypical characters that not exist in real life.

This ton of cynematic manure is worse than have cancer in the brain. Avoid this garbage at any cost if you value your brain.

Don't let the naysayers and envious haters fool you - "Killer Babes" is a delightfully entertaining film that deserves far more credit than it's getting. This comedy brings together a powerhouse cast of talented actresses for a wickedly fun ride.

At the heart of the film is the legendary Lucía Méndez, an icon of Mexican telenovelas whose star power radiates on screen. Méndez brings gravitas and charm to her role, reminding us why she's been captivating audiences for decades across Mexico and around the world. Her presence alone elevates the entire production.

But Méndez isn't the only bright spot. The ensemble cast, including Itatí Cantoral, Alicia Machado, and Patricia Manterola, have fantastic chemistry together. Their comedic timing and banter keep the energy high throughout the film's brisk 94-minute runtime.

Yes, the plot may be somewhat familiar - scorned wives seeking revenge on their cheating husbands. But "Killer Babes" injects fresh humor and over-the-top scenarios into this classic setup. The film doesn't take itself too seriously, instead reveling in its campy, outrageous tone.

Critics dismissing this as a throwaway comedy are missing the point entirely. "Killer Babes" knows exactly what kind of movie it is and leans into the fun. It's a chance to see beloved actresses cutting loose in larger-than-life roles. The glitzy production values and colorful visuals add to the escapist entertainment.

Corazón Films should be applauded for bringing together such an impressive cast and allowing them to shine. This is the kind of lighthearted fare that provides a much-needed dose of laughter and female empowerment.

So ignore the joyless critics and jealous naysayers. "Killer Babes" delivers exactly what it promises - a wildly entertaining romp led by some of Mexico's finest actresses. Sometimes it's okay for a movie to simply be fun, and this one succeeds with flying colors. Give it a chance and prepare for a rollicking good time at the movies.

Better a widow than in bad company (Killer babes), the film is Mexican, but despite that taboo that it is surely a waste for being a Mexican movie; the movie is not bad, it even borders on good.

The bad : it lacked a little more depth of development, and perhaps to handle it a little better so that it wouldn't be whatever during the intermission, but it was a pleasant surprise, at some point I thought that children 12-14 could see it , but then not anymore hahaha. Yes it's C rating, I guess.

What needs to be improved: Lucía Méndez, I suppose, barely managed to do what she was asked to do, but she was inferior to real actors who did a good job. And if they made a decent movie in 1hr30m, they could have made a good one in 2hrs.

The best thing: it is not a bad film and that is good for Mexican films.

The good thing: there were fantastic performances, and the humor, although it bordered on forced at times, was good and suddenly makes you laugh.

Personal opinion: Try it without fear, it is not bad. It's not the eighth wonder either, but at least it entertains you. I give it an 8.15
