I need to hear what's being said on the news programs. During this program, Abby does not control the panel of guests around the table. The subjects and people can be quite contentious. She allows the people on her show to talk over each other, which is rude and detracts from the subjects being discussed. Ground rules need to be set. I want to be able to get real facts, but I end up changing channels because it's too frustrating to try to put the facts together! I also should not have to ramble on and on about the subject of my review in order to fill a quota of required characters. I suggest the site be tweaked. Thank you.
Anyone interested in watching this program can attest that we are all, as viewers, interested in hearing different points of view. I would rate this show much higher if we could actually hear those points of view. The problem is that Abby and her producers do not respect their audience. They allow their guests, unfettered, to yell at and over each other. The result is you cannot hear anyone's point of view because they are all talking and shouting at once.
It would be easy enough to control this if Abby Phillip and the producers wanted to do so. Sadly, it appears that they are under the mistaken impression that the reason this show has become popular is because people are shouting over each other. That is not the case. The reason it became popular is because America does want to hear multiple points of view in one television show. But we cannot hear those points of view if all of you are talking over each other. This is especially problematic for those of us with hearing problems. If you want to grow your audience, you must control your guests.
