It's really good movie, loved it. It was really entertaining story.

The movie, prima facie, seems to be a humorous one with three cons trying to get back in life from their criminal nutshells. But, then in the second half, with half a million twists on a shoddy plot, 3 Dots falls apart in front of its interested audience. The script constantly tries to help make the heroes win.

Boban, Menon & Pothan are too good as the lead players, while Narain suits up with his character. Supporting cast & gals are good. Although, many are new faces, they keep up the spirit. But the story is kinda lame towards the end. What builds up curiosity in your mind later turns out to be a lucid drama with kidnapping and all. It quite doesn't intrigue. Also, 3 Dots has nothing much to say other than cook up some improvisation of a story published many times in various media.

Music is randy, screenplay is straight & editing is poor. Direction is average while the level of humor is the only thing that works throughout. A humble 5/10.

BOTTOM LINE: A one-time watch for the cast & humor but go for it sans your logical senses.

Can be watched with a typical Indian family? YES
