While we often acknowledge the contributions of police officers, doctors, and engineers, we often overlook the bravery of firefighters. This film serves as a powerful reminder of their selfless dedication and the immense risks they undertake to protect lives. It opens our eyes to the challenges they face and the sacrifices they make in the line of duty.

Fire fighters don't get a such benefit and important.

Agni makes a commendable attempt at highlighting otherwise ignored firefighters, and brings an audience - otherwise unaware of the challenges faced by firefighters - into this world. That alone makes the movie interesting, but its attempt at stringing together a plot is forced at best and illogical at worst.

The plot centers on a father who leads his firefighting unit but is unappreciated for his work by his son. He encounters a series of mysterious fires across Mumbai, investigating them for arson. The nature of the final reveal to the audience is not very subtle or suspense-inducing, and in the end, it does not make much sense.

The firefighting scenes are done quite well, however, and make it moderately entertaining.

Must watch for those who don't realise the sacrifices of our brave firefighters.

World over firefighters are revered for their daring & honourable work, unfortunately not so revered in India. This movie is the 1st to bring out their fearless spirit and their dedication.

To jump into a burning inferno to save someone else's life is nothing but bravery at its highest degree. The movie is very rounded & enjoyable. It showcases the personal struggles for recognition when all other forces gets easily recognised for any act of bravery. Balancing family life with such a dangerous profession is not everyone's cup of tea. A big Salute to all the firefighters.
