The gang are sent to Greece by Scotland Yard to help investigate the disappearance of smugglers. They think its just a normal case and question why a team who normally deals with the unusual had been sent to look into something so normal. But the case is anything but that.

A mysterious nose bleed epidemic has begun in Smithfields. But does it have any connection to the bodies being discovered throughout London, bodies which seem to be being eaten from the inside out. But with Molly O'Neill returning to London and ending up in the Smithfields market, will she be affected by whatever is killing these people to?
