Vishwaroopam 2

A film set in Afghanistan without any particular story or twist.

Apart from being a Rs 100 crore film by Kamal Haasan, there is nothing special about this film.

The only attraction of this film is the excellence of the action scenes and the novelty of storytelling in the context of Afghanistan.

Kamal Haasan has portrayed the terrorist training in the Taliban camps and their training methods in a very authentic way in the film.

It can be said that Kamal Haasan succeeded in portraying some scenes in the Taliban training center in its own horror.

Nowhere in the film is there any religious insults or scenes that portray Islam in a bad light.

Compared to the previous films of the great actor Kamal Haasan, this film did not give him a chance to act well.

Vishwaroopam 2 starts off from where Vishwaroopam left us stunned 5 years ago. Kamal Haasan is the star of the show with his great acting and direction skills. Supporting cast too did their part really well. Special mention to Rahul Bose and his assistant. BGM and songs stood out throughout the movie especially the song 'Gnyabagam Varigiradha'. Story conveys a good message too at the end. Overall a great movie experience. My rating: 9/10

Not good as Vishwaroopam 1. Kamal Hassan and everybody acted very well in the movie. Fight scenes in the movie was also excellent. Songs and BGM in the movie was excellent. But the movie was not at all interesting or thrilling. There is no new story in the movie. But the revealing scenes of Vishwaroopam 1 was good. Sound effects in the movie was excellent. But the movie was not excellent.

A big downfall from the last one. Looked like Kamal Hassan sir was very short in budget and resources on this one(used most of it in last movie), most of scenes were shoot in green screen, slow dragging storyline, budget does matter for making and promoting a film. Hope Kamal Hasan Sir brings in something of his level in future.
