Very nicely written, directed, enacted and videographed. A murder mystery that keeps the audience engaged and the moment we lose focus the movie picks the pace again. So at no point in time the audience is losing attention.

A very simple story is made interesting with a presentation. All jokes that come out of the situations and frustration and all other emotions are subtle and never felt out of the line.

And to top it off the climax, just when you think what the end could be the unexpected things happen and the audience is stunned and leaves the theatre laughing. I have never seen any movies and the audience laughs at murder scenes.

The dark comedy film 'VAALVI' is a hilarious, deliciously twisted and thought-provoking masterpiece. The film expertly balances humor and thrill to create a unique and unforgettable viewing experience. It keeps you on edge of the seat throughout. It's not for the faint of heart, but for those willing to take the ride, 'VAALVI' is a must-see film that will have you questioning your own morality long after the credits roll.

I've watched hundreds of Thrillers, handful number of Thrilcoms and I've always wished that such movies should be made in Marathi too. Thankfully my wish has come true and we have got a movie that shouldn't be missed. This is an original movie that keeps you on the edge of your seat and makes you laugh hard at the subtle dark comedy in it. Funny thing is you even wonder how can I be laughing at such situations but you can't help.

The length of Valvi is just 1 hour 46 minutes, with no songs, no futile romance and no nonsense. It's fast paced. The script is tight and engaging. The dialogues are witty and on point. Direction is smart. I am a big fan of Paresh Mokashi and I've loved his work since I watched his play 'Mukkampost Bombilwadi' which happens to be my most favourite. He has good experience with comedy but I was surprised to see his hand at Thrillers. I don't like to compare as such, but I can call him Marathi industry's Shriram Raghavan.

As far as acting is concerned I think all actors have done their job superbly. I'm not a big fan of Swwapnil Joshi, but I loved his acting in this movie. He should actually be utilised for such unconventional roles. Shivani Surve has done a great job too. So has Subodh and Anita Date.

Overall this is one Marathi movie that you should not miss. Especially the people who love Thrillers.

Won't say anything about the title of my review. One should watch the movie to get it.

One husband wants to kill his wife and makes it to be looked like a suicide. Will he be succeeded on his plan or not is the premises of Vaalvi. It's a Dark-Comedy Thriller, so there are many funny moments, also good thrill is there. Laugh out moments are there specially in the 2nd half.

The screenplay is perfect, I smiled, laughed and get shocked throughout the film. The ending is unexpected, loved it. Amazing Performances by all, loved Swapnil Joshi and Shivani Surve the most. I've heard that makers will do a sequel and I'll be waiting for that. Thriller lovers shouldn't miss this one. Recommended.
