Amazing and Insightful

Inner Worlds is a beautiful and intelligent film about meditation, the nature of existence, and spiritual evolution. It is presented in 4 parts so you can watch it in segments which is good because the information is dense. The music and fractal images make it artistic and the commentary on nature, mythology, science, culture, quantum physics, philosophy and world religion brings the themes together in an educational and enlightening manner.

This film is a must see for anyone who is curious about the nature of existence. It is complex yet easy to comprehend so I feel it can be understood by people of all ages and diversities.

Wonderful Visuals, great story

If you have any interest in the sacred geometry and/or closed and open eyed visuals seen during times of intense meditation you will be seriously impressed by the computer generated fractals and other displays in this film. You might even enjoy the film's message and the quietly authoritative sound of the narrator's voice. Be ready to have some of your viewpoints on what the meaning of Life is challenged. The viewpoint of the film is not hidden if you pay the slightest attention but since the perceived viewpoint may be different for many viewers I won't spoil the party by stating what I took away from it. Watch this several times with friends and see what they think about it. It was worth the 2 hrs plus, actually 4 hrs plus since I've seen it twice now. Will watch again.

A Film Connecting The Scientific And Spiritual!!

If you can't quiet your mind, you will not understand this film.

This movie explores the connection of everything in the Universe to the divinity of the self or more truthful, the unself. We're all connected and created from the quantum fields that permeates the Universe. If we think less and quiet our minds, we can tap into the music of the Universe. In doing so, we can find healing and a more meaningful existence.

Western culture has lost the connection to the Universe and found new connections to the material of consumption. We must unlearn what we have learned. All phenomenon come from mind.

Do you have the right antenna to transmit this message?

This documentary will make sense to you if you're on a spiritual journey and have done some preliminary self research about the ideas of consciousness presented by various esoteric cultures over the years. It will make sense to you if you're an artist, naturally creative and have wondered "why does the shape of a circle exist" or "why does a zebra have the patterns that it does". It amalgamates several facets of consciousness together and presents it to you in the form of a narrative. The creator himself likely went through the enlightenment journey and researches a lot and put it together using many concepts and references from different experiments, realized beings and encourages self inquiry.

It is EXACTLY what I needed at this point in time in my journey and when I realized it was answering all the questions I had in my mind, I couldn't help but bawl my eyes out, out of gratitude toward the universe, that was trying to answer questions that have plagued me since childhood.

Just like they say "no two people read the same book", no two people watch the same documentary, for the amount of learning or conceptualization you will take back will depend on the depth of your container or your antenna.

And the truth shall set you free...

If you have a scientific mind, and spiritual stuff is kinda mumbo jumbo or just really out there for you.... Then this movie is for you.

If you love and know spirit, or are a seeker... Then this movie is for you.

Nothing more needs to be said but IMDb requires ten lines to post a review. Well, in that case, I will share that as I went on this masterful journey, every cell in my body quieted down. My minded became soothed, my logic became satiated, my devil's advocate went to take a nap. I felt love stir in my heart, for no reason with no object. I felt a deep desire to go try this at home...

Brilliant and Transformative Experience

This film is more than a mere documentary and contains a wonderful presentation of the world's wisdom traditions with the science and insights of physics and spirituality as well as a visual / acoustic unfolding of a wonderful and trans-formative journey of revelation and growth .

The graphics and imagery of sacred geometric forms and toroids and Golden Mean visuals is unmatched in any other consciousness films I have ever seen. this is true state of the art "Consciousness expanding Art".

If you enjoy spiritual unfoldment and insight and revelation as well as incredible visual art this is the film Th music is very well edited and the sound quality is incredibly enhanced very intimate and crystal clarity of tonal values....

This film deserves to be a "viral classic" .

Amazing synthesis of the new sciences and spirituality

I am a practitioner and teacher of Archetypal Pattern Analysis, which links the patterns in nature (or patterns in form) to the patterns in our psyche, expressed through our behavior. We study how form comes into existence through patterns and repetition and then apply these principles to human systems. Both the individual and organizations. Inner Worlds, OUter Worlds is now being used in our trainings, as the first one half of this movie is an extraordinary explication of how the underlying structures of existence emerges into form through patterns. After having studied Dynamical Systems Theory, Chaos Theory, new biology, Complexity Theory and patterns in nature along with the philosophical systems of Buddhism and Hinduism since 1995, I can easily say that this film is an amazing synthesis of all these fields of study. The amount of research that has gone into this film must have been staggering and acquiring the photography must have taken years. All I can do is say "Hats Off to the film makers!", you have made my job of teaching so much easier!

A Visual Meditation Inducing Spontaeous Awakening

Inner Worlds Outer Worlds creates in the viewer a feeling that one is going down a rabbit hole, deeper and deeper until one realizes that we have ACTUALLY been down the rabbit hole all along. Our eyes have been closed as we have missed the sublime essence of nature, as we have created endless distractions for ourselves. The film juxtaposes ancient spiritual teachings with cutting edge science, beautiful fractals and observations about modern society. The main premise of the film is that we are asleep, moving in endless cycles of craving and aversion which are perpetuated by a pathological egoic or thinking mind. One needs to still the mind to "wake up". The truth is conveyed gently without offending or crushing any belief systems, and at the same time showing how all spiritual system have one common source. As we move from the head to the deeper realizations of the heart, one is left with a profound sense of the beauty and sacredness of life.

Pulling 'the veil' back for everyone to see

This movie is the single best exposition on the spiritual 'arts and sciences' that I believe or know to exist in the world. The content is rich and deep, presented in brilliant sequence with shockingly high production values. The visuals are nothing short of stunning and the subject-matter impeccably researched and presented.

"Inner Worlds, Outer Worlds" effectively pulls back the 'veil' of reality by literally painting it's picture for the viewer. This movie represents an evolutionary leap forward in how this knowledge can be assembled and delivered and (IMO) should be considered a 'must see' for anyone interested in developing a comprehensive perspective on the nature of reality... which is the human condition.

An intellectual escape

Interesting how a message that deemphasizes the intellect is itself an intense intellectual exercise. Also, religions and philosophies that view the outer world as a delusion to tolerate and eventually overcome with death miss the point of life. Accepting, as I do, there is a consciousness -- primal energy -- that both animates and is the "substance" of the phenomenal world, doesn't it make sense (if we may use our intellect) that it intended to experience ... everything? That all of creation, especially the most sentient beings, is its way of having that experience in the fullest way possible? To me that means we should look upon life as a buffet. But with maturity and discipline. A child, left to its own, will eat everything to the point of nausea -- reminiscent of Romans and their vomitoriums. But if you are selective, digest your food and experiences properly, they can be savored and enjoyed throughout life. However, every interaction with existence comes at a price, which we interpret as pain and suffering. It starts with the cry of a newborn baby leaving the comfort of the womb and emerging into a world both loving and brutal. Getting my pilot's license was the most challenging thing I ever did. And it came with huge discomfort, not to mention a lot of BS, all in unexpected ways. But it was my greatest joy. That's how life works. You can be an ascetic and minimize pain and suffering. Or you can participate in life and accept the good, the bad and the ugly that comes with it. Your choice.

One Spirit to bind them all

I've been making documentaries for over 40 years and watching them even longer. It's extremely rare for me to sit through a film twice, but that's exactly what I did with Inner Worlds, Outer Worlds. The ideas presented in this excellent film will stir you, ignite (or reignite) a sense of wonder at the sacredness of the everyday and send you on an inner journey to the ultimate source of all being. Daniel Schmidt's script is exemplary and the cinematography is often breathtaking. This four-part gem is vastly larger than the sum of its exquisite parts.

Schmidt posits that scientists are discovering that the universal force of which the mystics spoke -- chi, ka, prana, the Holy Spirit, etc. -- might correspond to the so-called dark energy. The more we learn about physics, the less primitive some of the ancient teachings appear. Schmidt makes a compelling case for meditation as a vehicle for accessing sacred energy. If you don't come away from Inner Worlds, Outer Worlds with your pulse racing, you may not have one.

Eye Am

I recommend watching this more than once. I've watched it a few times now (I plan to watch many more times) and each time my understanding deepens. I feel like every time I watch I become conscious of something new. I've read "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle and "The Energy Codes" by Sue Morter ( I highly recommend both) and I feel like this can serve as a great visual aid to the messages in those literary works (as well as other essential readings; e.g. The Bible, The Bhagavad Gita, etc.). I really enjoy the visuals in this documentary as well. But the words are the biggest treasure and the more you dig, the more treasure you discover. It honestly doesn't feel like I'm learning something new, rather, it feels like I'm being reminded of something I knew a long time ago and had simply forgotten over time.

P. S. You Are reading this review right now because You Are the one who wrote it..

The Absolute Truth in 4 life changing parts:A divine masterpiece

A mind transformational and transcendental piece of art and spiritual truth...Mesmerizing Visuals, Soulful Chants, Unbelievable insights on life and beyond & gentle humor too..For me, this is the closest anyone has ever gotten to describing the real truth of life in a movie! It moves, enchants, mesmerizes, energizes & then some more...divided into 4 parts-Akasha,Spiral,Kundalini,Beyond Thought.. Relevant Scientific, Religious, and Spiritual information and symbolism from all over the world bravely compiled in one place..feels like a divine puzzle coming together. Piece by piece..to form a coherent whole like never before. that it is extremely well researched and profoundly inspiring to say the least is an understatement..as long as your heart is open to believing in more. You will love it! It explains everything basically. One of the best documentaries on higher consciousness, workings and purpose of human beings on this realm...where and how we went wrong and where it 'is' all right after all!Cant wait to watch it again.. once is not enough!

A life changing experience

Be prepared to be challenged. This movie will profoundly change how you see the world, how you see yourself. Be also open as the movie makes very little concessions to the viewer, especially the first 15/20 minutes may lose or tun off some but for the persevering ones the reward is considerable. The movie takes from many different religions and spiritual teachings to present a coherent, vibrant synthesis. It is truly a vehicle for the awakening of human consciousness. Beyond the very important nature of the content and its transformational potential, the production itself is impressive with top-notch quality, beautiful images and music. And remember, "There is one source that moves through all". Thank you.

the foundation of all-religions, spirituality & science is the same

Although long and involved, this film is very beautiful and comprehensive in its coverage; and the excellent video, effects and music make it a pleasure to watch.

I have watched it several times over in an attempt to retain just some of the profound truths it uncovers. I share it with all my guests/volunteers here at Sun Lotus Yogic Life Center on Vancouver Island, and it always opens their mind to deeper understanding of the inherent connection of all things spiritual and scientific.

It shows how the vibratory field is all, and that vibration indicates sound, and that sound vibration creates all the manifestations we see...it shows how the ancient Yogis and Buddhists and others, who pursued inner exploration uncovered this truth thru personal observation in meditation and thus shows us that meditation is the path to an absolute truth & that sound vibration is an important key...this one-truth is the foundation of science, and all spiritual & religious paths, although some share it, others hide it...

I think the creators of this film have done a HUGE service to humanity to make this information available in such a beautiful film, FREELY offered...Everyone should see it, Share it and change the world!

I feel blessed to have come in contact with it and so will you.

So dumb it's entertaining

This was exactly what I needed. There is no way most of the things talked about in this "documentary" were not conceived while on LSD. So it worked quite nicely for me.

Kooky hippie delight, serves valid and interesting ideas in a bad way.

As a professional scientist and also somebody who meditates frequently, I have deep appreciation for the scientifically sound benefits of things like meditation, the ways that mathematics can seem to dictate nature, and reflections on historical belief systems. I've also put extensive study and deep respect into learning about eastern philosophy. Importantly, I also place great great value on scrutiny of facts and hard evidence. For my scientific self I found this movie highly disappointing because it took perfectly beautiful facts about mathematics, nature, and the universe, and built them up to make unwarranted and unprovable statements about the secret true nature of things. It over and over again tried to take pseudo-scientific conjectures and present them as scientific facts.

I'll concede I found some points and ideas, especially in the first part, very mind expanding and helpful for thinking about my place in the cosmos. But, I fear this film may do more harm then good when it comes to opening peoples minds to alternative thinking mechanisms. The narrator claims that people need to "stop thinking" about things loudly implying that blind faith needs to be put into eastern medicine and philosophy. I believe this completely halts the objective importance of examining things at tangible face value. While it may be nice to give your mind away to some deep spiritual feelings you may hold or experience, it's important to remember that a lack of objective external critiques and evaluation is what leads to problems in most modern religious thinking.

In short, if you self-identify as a hippie, interested in aligning chakras and the sound of the universe, then drink this up... But don't delude yourself into believing this is all hard fact.

If you're more of an analytical mind, this film will come across as exceedingly kooky and mildly religious. Not the greatest things. But it still holds a few gems that even a scientific mind can use to expand its worldview.

thanks for spreading love and light in this scientifically way

I would like to thanks the creators of this movie that summarizes in a very detailed and clear way the "existence" in this "realitity" and in the whole universe of the Akasha and Kundalini energy that connects us with one each other through love. The energy that is , it is perfectly expressed and probed to exist . In this dual reality we human still need probes to believe in all that we have forgotten ...thanks for you contribution to spread light and love. Namaste PS: I am sure that in the akashick records we can find the answers unanswered yet by humans regarding so many mysteries in life. If i found them so i will the let you know...

Very well made movie that draws together many seemingly disparate ideas and traditions into a coherent whole

I just finished watching the movie - Inner Worlds Outer Worlds and thought it was very good. Very well made, very professional - not too sensationalist or too new age. As somebody who has studied quite a few different traditions - particularly Buddhism but also has a foot firmly in the Shaman plant medicine world too - I liked the fact that you blended many ideas from different paths into one coherent message. Even better was that you managed to introduce ideas and concepts from the science world without getting too bogged down.

As a statement of spiritual understanding at this moment in time - it resonated with me on virtually all levels. Its taken me a number of years of fairly intense study and daily practice to put many of the pieces together.

This is the kind of movie that should be shown to kids in school at around 11 or 12 years old and then used as a jump off point to teach them about the true nature of reality and our existence. If we did then maybe a world today would be a much happier, more harmonious place where society lives as one with itself and nature.

This is a must watch movie for anyone who is spiritually inclined or who just wants to try and make sense of it all :-)

There needs to be more movies like this and more people need to see this. I for one have already been sharing this through our FB page and with all my friends. Gateways Of The Mind - www.archetypeevents.com

Profoundly INSPIRING

After over 15 years of being a student of so many mystery schools- truly schools of remembering, this film brings all the teachings out with such intelligence and wisdom. After watching this, one cannot help but make a change in oneself that will inevitably affect your family and community. I am a Teacher of the Path of Yoga and deeply respect how the wisdom from the Upanishads and Vedanta has been brought forward with ease and clarity. My favorite section was about the Spirals...wow. I have been using this as a tool with my students so that they become mindful of how they think, speak and act...after all we are compromise of mostly water and when you can visually see the affect that vibration and sound has on water, you will never be the same. Thank you Daniel & Eva for creating and sharing something extraordinary and profoundly inspiring. In Peace! Maryam www.BelovedYoga.com
