Sarah and Roy are not the only ones having nightmares ... this trash put me to sleep as well

Talk about a film that is convoluted and ends up going nowhere. I tried. I mean I really tried to pay attention to this made for TV film that is described as being in the THRILLER genre. A Thriller? Not by a long shot.

I like Natasha Henstridge and Sean Patrick Flanery as actors but both of them who play husband and wife needed to bring their A-game to hide the serious flaws in the film plot. Sean for his part was almost always in a state of panic. Panic that he is having an illicit affair. Panic that his wife may find out. Panic that he appears to be set up to take the fall for two recent murders of women. Panic that the detective on the case has told him that he is the prime suspect. And panic that his wife is being held captive by a mad man. All this panic displayed by Sean Patrick Flanery left me exasperated and like a week old rubber balloon that is visibly sagging and losing air quickly the film ends ugly. No panic. No great ending.

I give the film a ho hum not for me IMDb rating of 4 out of 10.

good intentions

using a lot of clichés and a not credible story, it is only an exercise.not convincing, not special, only a kind of homework about a subject who has many good adaptations. the acting is like the story - conventional, with the right ingredients, dramatic as intention but not convincing. so, for Natasha Henstridge and Sean Patrick Flanery only decent job slice. like many other cases, the potential of subject is interesting but the form is far to be the best.the fear and the labyrinth of story are only poor ingredients for remind a too old recipes. so, an ordinary thriller. and that could be enough as illustration of good intentions of director , cast or scriptwriter.

Terrible beyonf belief

(2013) Cold Spring SUPERNATURAL THRILLER

Terrible made-for-TV movie now on rental has Sara (Natasha Henstridge) trying to move forward after suffering a miscarriage from a car accident while lawyer hubby Ray (Sean Patrick Flanery) was cheating on her with an obsessive mistress Diane (Jennifer Gibson). Ray takes shrinks advice of moving her to another city by choosing to move to "Cold Spring" and it is then Sara start to get nightmares of a child. Does this ghostly child has anything to do with their new house? The film never explains. Oh yeah, there's also some murders happening in this town with all fingers pointing to the hubby. The movie is dumb and stupid, with both actors Natasha Henstridge and Sean Patrick Flanery becoming very annoying which has something to do with it's incompetent structural story line that it's hard to take this movie seriously at any given time.

Diabolical and very low budget

Diabolical and very low budget. I stumbled across this on Amazon thinking it may be interesting but I was sorely disappointed. Save your time would be my advice.

Okay for a short one

I needed to kill some time and ran across this one. It's not a bad little story, some sinister moments, nothing new, but for TV stuff it was okay. I usually try to avoid made for TV movies, especially the thrillers because they usually don't have the bandwidth to push out a plot that fits the timeframe. I wouldn't call this one psychological, but it did have an air of chilling.
