A wild fever dream

An explosion of poor green-screen and stock footage based videos accompanying tracks by people who might have had a brush with fleeting fame over quarter of a century ago.

A countdown of songs by acts you recognise, that for some reason are never played, punctuated by performers you have no idea about that always seem to get played.

Overall, there's a vibe of village hall. Or maybe it is those CDs you find in the basket at service stations.

If you only ever watch one episode. I strongly recommend the Christmas countdown. It featured some of the dodgiest, most uncanny-valley, animation for several of the videos that made for a downright disturbing watch. The combination of Christmas themed stock footage and AI generated slop, all soundtracted by the most bland and derivative songs. Genuinely a thing to see.
