Actress Jackie Cruz is growing her family! The Orange is the New Black alum announced that she and her husband Fernando Garcia are expecting their third baby together. Jackie debuted her baby bump at the Snow Ball charity gala in Aspen, Colorado.

At the event, the actress took to the red carpet wearing a cut-out, fitted black gown that exposed her growing baby bump. She cradled her bump as she posed for pictures. The Say a Little Prayer star didn’t share any details about her pregnancy including her due date or her baby’s sex. Prior to the event, the actress shared a post of her exiting a hotel room dressed casually before exposing her baby bump to officially share her news. In the caption she wrote, “What makes me confident… this love growing inside me.”

Latino actors have long been outspoken about the types of roles they are frequently relegated to in most American productions: criminals, migrants, housekeepers. On that front, the romantic comedy “Say a Little Prayer” succeeds at defying the status quo by presenting professionally accomplished American Latino characters (who own enviable homes) in a plot that doesn’t involve poverty, immigration issues or marginalization. The Luis Fonsi indie romcom “Say A Little Prayer” has set a distribution deal with AMC Theatres that calls for the movie to be released in 100 theaters in large U.S. markets during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

AMC, the nation’s largest exhibitor, inked the deal directly with “Say A Little Prayer” producer New Cadence Productions. The film marks the movie debut of Fonsi, the Latin music superstar known for his 2017 global smash “Despacito.”

The deal marks another example of exhibitors breaking the mold and cutting distribution deals directly with independent producers. The movie will be promoted through trailers running in theaters with sponsorship support from Spanish-language media firm Sbs Broadcasting.

New Cadence Prods. has teamed with Migrant Filmworks to shepherd the release of the indie rom com “Say a Little Prayer,” which marks the film acting debut of Latin music superstar Luis Fonsi.

The partners plan to set up a limited theatrical release for the film, directed by Patrick Perez Vidauri, followed by a streaming pact. The deal for “Say a Little Prayer” came out of the film marketplace hosted by the Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival from May 29-June 2.

Fonsi scored a massive worldwide hit in 2019 with “Despacito.” He has penned new music for the film and also serves as a producer.

” ‘Say A Little Prayer is a story about love, wanting it, losing it and finding it when you least expect it,” said Fonsi. “I’m proud to be a part of this funny, relatable and heartwarming movie as one of the lead actors, producer and songwriter.
