A feel good movie in the imaginary world of K Jo. the new guys did a fair job however the Bhatt girl needs some acting classes (how on earth was she selected among 400+ girls, I'll never know). Not a perfect film yet Watchable !

Sana Saeed returned to films with Student of the Year after a break from Bollywood. She was best known for playing Shah Rukh Khan's onscreen daughter in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), which was also Karan Johar's director debut.

Errores
During the song Ishq Wala Love, when Varun asks Alia whether they should go to temple, his hand is on her arm, but suddenly in another shot it isn't there.
