2011 was a great season of baseball especially if you're a fan of the team with the Birds on the bat logo across there chest. As of early September it was viewed that the Cardinals had no chance at all of making the playoffs. But they then pretty much just flipped a switch and came alive in a way they weren't all season to that point.
