First half of the drama is so good, and all the ingredients of this drama are awesome. The super healthy mains, funny, quirky, non typical characters all around. But the second half is a bit sloppier and makes you loose interest a bit, poorly edited and maybe directed.

My favorite part of this series was the SO REFRESHING way of interacting the main leads have. Usually dramas do this duo of one cold, distant and overbearing male lead and the naive, submissive and playful female lead. In this scenario usually one is chasing the other until the other one gives in.

But this was so different!!! The very strong independent female lead was never a damsel in distress and the male lead was just funny, sexy, sometimes awkward and super healthy when it comes to their relationship!

They clearly show interest in each other very early and simultaneously, which is very rare, and as it happens in real life when two people are clearly attracted to each other.

The downside of this drama is the editing, and When I say the editing is TERRIBLE here I mean it.

Disconnected scenes, even some are missing, there's holes and unexplained situations. Many of the plots or events are left completely unfinished and unanswered and some plots are abandoned half way and the picked up again several episodes later. Obviously this means that someone did a very poor job or that censorship took the best of this show and ended up almost ruining it.

Overall was still worth it and loved what we got, is just that it had more potential than what we saw.

This is a nice modern romcom with good chemistry between Fl and ML. The FL is cute and a strong character. She's lively, bubbly and interesting. The male lead initially is quiet and reserved but eventually opens up. They make good match. Together with their friends and relatives, there's lots of comedy built in. The first 20 episodes or more feels more interesting to me and the last dozen of episodes deals with heavier items including how they handle long distance relationships, career commitments and how they impact on their lives, some jealousy issues but are quickly resolved and work issues. Best thing is there's no toxic third parties causing long misunderstandings as one often sees in many series. A recommended watch.

Maybe I should elaborate a little.

From the moment the two main lead rolls apear together on screen you can feel down to your bones the chemistry they had.

In order to safe the XiAn branch of her grandfather's DongHe Group company from bankruptcy, Xiang Yuan is sent to work in the same departement as her school crush, Xu Yan Shi.

While Xiang Yuan tries every way possible to hide her identity and save the company, Xu Yan Shi tries to overcome inequality and fufill his dream of becoming a navigation engineer.

A drama that can be easily watched and enjoyed. There are ofcorse some very steamy-heart thumping-curl curling kisses between the two main leads.
