Witchy Ways is the perfect blend of light, witchy charm and heartwarming romance-a delightful escape during these divided times. The film follows Danni and Eve through their personal and romantic journeys, all under the watchful eye of the moon, serving as a mystical timekeeper. While not groundbreaking, this movie has a cozy, feel-good vibe that makes it a great watch when you need a little magic in your day.
Marem Hassler's portrayal of Danni is a standout, adding a subtle "witchy" touch to her character that's both enchanting and grounded. Her chemistry with her co-star Diora Baird is undeniable, creating moments that feel both tender and electric.
The film hits all the right notes for a supernatural rom-com. The balance between magical elements and real human emotions gives it a whimsical yet relatable edge. It's charming without taking itself too seriously-a playful retreat into a world where spells, love, and moonlight mix just right.
Overall, Director Jane Clark's *Witchy Ways* is an enjoyable, feel-good film that doesn't demand too much but delivers just enough witchy romance to leave you smiling. If you're looking for something fun, flirty, and full of good vibes, this is your movie.

I saw this sweet, engaging magical ride at a film fest and was captivated by its unexpected twists and turns and journey of loss, love and personal acceptance. The film cleverly flips our notions of witches as halloween hags or Salem sacrifices and exposes the audience to a misunderstood society that taps into nature, positive energy and people who are just working their way through trauma, negotiating feelings of love and hope and facing diversity like the rest of us. The visual effects while not "big studio", are crisp and believable and while at its heart its a romance between two women working their way through grief who find comfort in each other, the film still possesses palpable conflict, solid performances and plenty of punchy plot twists. A warm, winning, witchy way to spend a few hours in the theater.
I liked this film's message about the importance of being brave enough to look inward while also being brave enough to reach out for connection to others, and how each act serves the other when done w the right intentions. A Beautiful film, both visually and spiritually!
Those of you who have seen other Jane Clark films will recognize her distinct "flavor", both visually and in "feeling" as well as her expansion as a film maker as she tried new things. The special effects are delightful and really bring the viewer into the "witchy and ghosty" experiences of the characters themselves. Enjoy this bewitching experience!

I caught this recently at the LA Femme film festival, and it really exceeded my expectations. Just a warm, funny, well-put together movie. The actors are great, the story flows well, the plot makes sense. I was absorbed from the start and never lost interest. The two leads have a good romantic chemistry - you want them to end up together.
I also liked seeing a movie set in Topanga Canyon - sort of a magical place up in the Santa Monica Mountains near Malibu. Really beautiful little world, and kind of the perfect location for some modern witches to make a bit of magic. Great movie to curl up and watch with a glass of wine on a rainy day.

I've found so much to like about this film. It's fun, it's witty, and a great way to spend 90+ minutes of your time. There is a beautiful love scene between the two female leads and magic throughout the film. Candace Cayne as Evie's best friend steals the show, especially when she comes to visit. The house that Evie is staying in and the cottage where Dani lives is in a beautiful setting that adds to the magic. There's even a ghost who can be pretty naughty at times! Jane Clarks writing and directing are spot on, and Diora Baird and Marem Hassler have the chemistry to make the magic seem real. Do you believe in magic?!
