This touching episode helped me particularly understand what my relative went through when he got drafted into the Korean War from the US. It was a very parallel story so I am believing that this kind of experience may ring true for a lot of Korean Vets. He confided in me once before he died, and when I saw this he was all I could think of. He came to me when he was older and asked me to help him plan a family reunion because it meant so much to him when he was younger. I agreed and when helping him plan it, I asked him how he ended up in the town he was living as most our relatives were from a different area. So he told me when he returned home after 2 years in Korea, his mother was passed away so he went to his father's who he didn't have the best relationship with. His father said where have you been? He never received one letter from anyone while he was there. It was then he realized he had no where to go so went out to the countryside and got hungry and stopped in the small quaint town diner where a young, pretty, friendly and chatty server waited on him. He decided right there this was a friendly town and this is where I will live. For years he had bitter memories of not receiving any letters there but now he remembered his good times at the reunions before the war and wanted to have one. Everyone came and he reconciled with all his relatives. Shortly thereafter he called my mother and chatted for the longest time reminiscing about everyone. A couple of days later we found that he knew he was sick, but never really told anyone and he drove himself to the VA hospital at the end where he died. So this episode is very helpful to understand what Korean Vets went through - here in the US too. Thank you.

The storyline for episode 6 was so enlightening , detailing the effects of PTSD post Korean War. . I cried tears of joy. I cried tears of heartbreak. I don't think I've cried that much since they had to shoot Old Yeller. If you're into historical dramas, vampire love stories, or high school teen angst antics thats fine. You still should make an effort to watch episode 6 of the Tomorrow series. It will draw you into a storyline that will stay with you.
Thank you very much for Episode 6. Our grandfather never received the respect and honour he deserves as a WW2 veteran, he and many other veterans like him, were denied the benefits, financial support, respect, and honour when they continued on with their lives.
Institutions, politicians, and governments, only paid lip service and delayed the bills that could have given them proper support. Yes, the bills eventually became laws but only after most of the veterans already passed away. They wouldn't even give posthumous awards, promotions, and/or recognition.
Thank you very much for Episode 6. It may be dedicated for the Korean War veterans, but it resonates very powerfully with all war veterans in all countries, if not for them, majority of us wouldn't be enjoying the life we have today.

Respect for a veteran, lovely ending.
Another socially important story well handled with sad and funny bits too.
This series should be seen by a lot more people.
