Freezing

The focus is really just an about exposing women's bodies and fighting each other rather than the aliens or protecting the people. I was shocked to see a season 2 but then remembered that men get off on things like this. The story could have had potential if the focus was really about protecting the world rather than just fighting each other. Another overly sexualized anime lackluster. Now I am only on season one so I dont know how season 2 will be however just by seeing the clips of season 2 I know that it is even worse regarding protecting the world and focused on overly sexualizing the men who watch it.

...but i could understand why others wouldn't...some people are going to be put off by the continuous and unnecessary panty shots and semi and completely naked chicks (just because they are animated?), but if u can get past that, its actually a really cool series...

Kazuya is following in his older (deceased) sister's footsteps and joining an academy that trains teenage girls to become fighting machines, called Pandoras, to defeat the NOVAs. They are some sort of alien intent of destroying (just Japan?) earth and they use a technique that freezes everything around them making movement impossible.

The girls are given some sort of physical enhancement that makes them tougher and able to heal from devastating injuries with no problems...there Kazuya meets a bunch of (sexy) fighters who are all maladjusted young women, and are mostly scantily clad or not at all...

the boys at the academy become 'limiters' who form mental bonds with the girls to help them fight and unfreeze the NOVA's freezing field, allowing movement for the Pandoras...Kazuya's first encounter is with Satellizer (love that name!), the so called 'Untouchable Queen' who hates human contact and violently punishes anyone who touches her...

definitely not for kids, there's lots of nudity, violence, blood and sexual innuendo, but for me that all makes for a winning combination!

If you like highschool dxd this is slightly similar but with a more realistic animation and less ecchi stuff.

If you are a male who gives s***t about things like over glorification of females try avoiding it . There are plenty of good anime in that description.

In this anime, there was always focus on women's butts and boobs. I knew what I was expecting but at the same time, I felt they should've toned it down in all fairness as it was used rather a lot. Don't get me wrong I did enjoy it and I don't mind the Ecchi genre, but only if it was done right. However on this series, it was annoyingly distracting.

Anyways aside from that hiccup, Satellizer is an awesome character. She is definitely a proper heroine to look up to in my personal opinion. She's also a bae too like definitely she's part of my appreciated characters list! The other characters were likeable too and this series was addicting to watch despite my whimpy complaint above lol.
