Strong casting helps tell the story of redemption

"The Lightning Makers" delivers a compelling and emotionally rich storyline brought to life by a strong ensemble of seasoned actors. The pacing lags in places, and the film runs a bit long, but stay with it - the emotional payoff is worth the time. There's a raw honesty to the storytelling that lingers.
