I watched Ace Troops because Xiao Zhan is the male lead. I am impressed again by Xiao Zhan's ability to present the character, Gu Yiye, to the audience with flesh, blood and a lovely soul. The show is quite entertaining . As a military drama, it has the serious parts, but also very funny parts. Highly recommend it!
