In the part where Saori's sister is having the wedding there is a priest. The man acting the priest is the real Tony.
At the opening when Tony is looking for directions. He asks a startled business man who politely declines to help because he can not speak English. Tony says its alright because he (Tony) can speak Japanese. But the man still doesn't want to help. So...Tony speaks with an Osaka accent and the business man's anxiety goes away. This was an episode that appeared in the manga.
The role of the teacher who teaches Saori English at a school (while Tony and his friends eat sushi) is played by Patrick Harlan. Patrick is a fairly famous Japanese speaking American person who appears a lot on TV in Japan.
Saori has trouble opening the door of the taxi when she is at the airport in America. In Japan taxi doors are opened by the taxi drivers pressing a switch in the taxi.
The real Saori Oguri appears in the wedding scene as a relative of the bride.
