- Werber Bond: Where the hell IS everybody?
- Young Nurse: They're in the lounge playing cards.
- Werber Bond: They're in the lounge. Isn't that nice? What is this?
- Young Nurse: We're having trouble getting them to take their meds.
- Werber Bond: Having trouble?...
- Young Nurse: They don't wanna take 'em.
- Werber Bond: Well, that's what suppositories are for.
- Claire: You're the guy who fell from One Fall, right?
- James Bond: Yeah.
- Claire: It must be 200 feet. How long were you in the hospital? Look, it's just that everyone is saying you fell from the cliff and walked away, like, after a week. Was that true?
- James Bond: No. It was four days.
- Tab Barrows: Look, my name is Tab, and you're supposed to do things 'cause it's the right thing to do, not because people pay you.
- James Bond: Yeah, well, I'm sure that's really convenient in Gothom City, okay?, but Batman's a billionaire; charity don't pay.
- Julie Gardner: I just... I... I keep... looking for the James I knew.
- Cliff Bond: And?
- Julie Gardner: I... I think the boy I love never made it off that cliff.
- Cliff Bond: That boy never came home to any of us.
- James Bond: Hey, Julie! The years have been good to you!
- Julie Gardner: You know they arrest perverts in this town.
- James Bond: Have you seen my cigarettes?
- Tab Barrows: Yeah, I threw them out.
- James Bond: You WHAT?
- Tab Barrows: Superheroes don't smoke.
- Tab Barrows: What are you doing?
- James Bond: Gardening.
- Tab Barrows: Why, it doesn't look like a garden. It just looks like weeds.
