First thing that came to my mind after watching the movie with my entire joint family is - "Simplicity in life cannot be achieved just that simply".

It involves lot of confrontation, compromises, joy, madness, uneasiness, sacrifices, etc, etc to make it look simple for others.

Whatttttaaaa movie!! Fresh lyrics and good music with some nice background score. Felt very near to my life journey. Realized going back to good old college days and thereafter journey.

Friends, crush, love, hostel life, mischievous behaviour during the college days, friends nightouts.

Thank you so much Karibasappa aka Kabachu, for personally inviting me and my entire family to watch this movie!

Started watching hhe movie without much hope . But slowly and steadily I startee connecting it to current situation of our own lives in cities like Bangalore. Super activity by each and everyone. Lovely singing and lyrics. Great message to all of us. A must watch for all age group.

Made me emotional towards the climax . Overall fantastic family movie.

After long time I watched it beautiful and feel good movie. The theme of the movie is about life and relationship. Director has done great job with intresting script and very well planned casting. I feel I can't identify individual performance every character has given their best in acting department. Each character have its own attitude and writing department excellent work and character development in the movie is so nice to watch.

The technical department is also too good camera work is very cool for me eyes and background music is also perfectly designed. The dailogues are very catchy and emotional It's a movie to be experienced I watched it on prime video you can't miss this pure kannada flavour and universal appeal movie.

The movie title "Hondisi Bareyiri" i.e., "Match the Following", in itself is very intriguing.

Bunch of engineering college friends share memories of a lifetime which is true to life and easily co-relate to audience. First half is filled with bundle of joy & suprises which justifies college/youth life. Sure, each one would burst out loud with joy as one can relate to tantrums thrown in their college life. Avinash aka #Tiger will entertain audience throughout the movie!!

Second half of the movie sets a difference pace all together as the audience will experience and feel their professional/adult/parenthood which is very apt to current timeline. Profound set of actors make this movie a true to life experience with great acting/reaction to situations which turmoil.

A big shoutout to Jagannath, Director, DOP, Music which let's you replay the entire movie in your mind even when you set out of theatre which itself is more than life experience.

I loved the movie ..... the movie is filled with fun and indepth emotions , really good work from the crew.

I watched this movie on amazon prime with my friend , really a great pass time.

First half is full of college drama shown in an entertaining manner, in an engaging way.

Second half is all about the emotions and indepth drama, might feel bit slow but really good.

Director has done a very great job, he addressed many things such as love towards nature, racism , how a book can change the persons life , how the things change after a love marriage in. Really entertaining and funny way....

1st off hall i would like to thank the entire team to bringing up this wonderful movie, it took me back to good old college days.

All credits goes to the director sir for explananing ecah and every small things..

1st completely enjoyed with lots of comedy and emotions filled in it.. 2nd half shows tht where this generation ppl heading towards and where we need to get change our self.. Accept the situation and move on 👍 Songs, story narration everything was superb.. Literally got addicted for some of the songs.. Enjoyed the movie completely... Best storyline so far from kannada industry for the year 2023 ! ,This is so underrated just because it doesn't have any big characters as such which our kannada industry expect ,we need to encourage these kinda movies where the writers out in some brains and heart unlike some copy to present across Pan India and say we with our uniqueness, movie just roams around a group of Friends their difficulties which they face and how they evolve .

It's very beautifully presented for good extent you can watch it twice or thrice it's won't disappoint you in any frame very unique personality which are way different from one another evrything put together in one frame to present this masterpiece.

The movie making is excellent bgm is awesome and movie contains good message in it.i don't know why this movie is not getting good rating.it should be like nine plus.after watching this movie I can proudly say that one of the best kannada movies i have watched recent days I feel bad for not watched it in theatre all actors are acted very well and camera work is awesome music also heart touching. After watching the movie i couldn't leave the movie like that so I decided to write a review so that people can watch it now on.i hope this review will help someone. And all the best to the team. A group of friends' journey through engineering college into the real world with real problems which they learn to tackle as they age. Sticking to the template well known for this genre, the screenplay is divided into two halves, engineering college days and post completion of the degree, dealing with marital problems. Inspite of getting the casting right, the writing pulls the film down and the cast really gave their best shot to save this film.

The problem was how dated the story and it's treatment was. The same old college jokes, teasing the lecturers / principal and clash with the seniors while college story blossoming, never tried to offer any fresh take. It was the second half where the real relationship issues getting solved so casually, let's down the film entirely. Adding to that, the deliberate addition of death of characters which don't really add any depth to the story overall.

One can only wish the decent talents like Praveen Tej, Shri, Naveen Shankar deserve better films. Lastly, the racial stuff used as a joke where a character from Manipur being called as Chinese girl or the nasty "these people eat snakes and scorpions", was utterly distasteful.

1st half is enriched with very funny and comedy essence literally where everyone goes crazy and enjoys a lot with the great good old college memories.

2nd half is just a enlightment where evryone get emotionally connected to one of the character

I personally liked the minute detailings in the movie and the smooth take off, a mild carry over and a gentle conclusion.

Very brilliantly narrated with the star performance by each and everyone.

After a vry long time into elegance.

The movie is about life, college life, married life, twists and turns of life and message finally is really wonderful.

Every scene is well pictured and you will be amazed and appreciate every scene and situation of the movie.

Songs are well made and very meaningful. The whole movie goes very smooth, makes you laugh in every scene and makes you cry immediately.

Did not expect the ending as shown and was bit surprised..but overall great movie and rates highest.. I watch every Kannada movie and now this tops the list of my favourite movie list.

Incredible movie! I watched it in 2025 and never expected it to be so meaningful. The storytelling is deep and emotionally engaging, leaving a soothing effect on the mind. What an absolute bliss of a movie ! Thank God, I chanced up on the movie ! Excellent story, direction and acting by everyone, without an exception !

The simple story which we can relate to so easily is narrated in such a beautiful manner ! Grace in every character and the way its woven in such a simple manner is beautiful !

While the first half rekindles our college days, the younger days, second half triggers a host of emotions, as if expressing our ongoing lives !

Life indeed is so simple, if we can learn to accept as it arrives ! Acceptance does not mean, doing nothing ! In fact, its about doing everything but then, accepting whatever comes out !
