Veetla Vishesham

Unnikrishnan and Krishnaveni are parents to two boys. The older son is of marriageable age, while the younger is still in high school. Disaster strikes the middle-class family when Krishnaveni discovers that she is pregnant. Her sons look at her with contempt; they are unable to comprehend that their parents are sexually active. But her husband is extremely supportive and they are determined to have the baby. What follows is certainly worth viewing on the big screen. Tamil movie #VeetlaVishesham may be a remake, but it is better than the original. Performances are excellent. Please watch. Rating 3/5.

Fun family entertainment. Full of emotions and as a fan of rj Balaji direction ..got just what I wanted pakka family entertainer and a middle class story. More like rj Balaji is side role and sathyaraj and urvashi lead role kudos to him for doing that. Aparna looks lost in modern costume but had a meaty role. Pugazh is blink and miss ithuku Ivan ivolo build up too much than. Good family entertainer . We knew it's official remake of Hindi movie " Badhaai ho " . This movie tried to justify its original one . It's not a copy paste remake , they did many changes for Tamil audience , some changes supported well and some didn't . Few comedy worked very well . Main positive of the movie was message they were trying to deliver was well told like original version did . Whole cast did a great job , especially Sathyaraj and Urvashi pair were impressive . Overall a good weekend watch and family entertainer movie . Eventhough you've watched it's original version , try this too , you may like it .

This film is probably the only film that has been made after several decades that you can watch with your entire family, especially with your parents since the film itself is purely based on them in a very emotional/funny way.

It is a laughter emotional ride if you're attached to your family very much and like watching films like vaanathai pola.

Urvasi stands out and excels in every single scene where you'll notice that there's just no glitch at all in her characterisation and the way it has been played and made, it was nothing but perfection.

Although you'd know the overall plot from the film's trailer itself, it'll still make you laugh and cry, that's probably the strength of this film.

Although for 2K kids, this film probably isn't going to touch them.

Still, I feel that the film could've been bettered up with some more twists & turns as there really was no surprise element in the film at all and that's one of the cons of this film.

A good family movie , nothing more to say abt the movie just a different concept and a way of entertaining, could connect with me and the family satyaraj oorvasi and balaji did perfect , not much comedy and the songs were ok, one time watchable available in zee5 pls do watch it.
