Let me start off by saying I love found footage, but this, just no. The plot isn't interesting at all and the bad acting and stilted line delivery doesn't make me care about the main characters at all. I can appreciate the filmmakers making do with a limited budget, but the effects are laughable at best.
Much of the plot is people sitting in a car, which is a petty weak way to pad out the run time. The characters make terrible decisions only for the sake of plot. All of this might have been forgivable, but that ending was just... just terrible. It was a stupid twist that makes no freakin' sense in any way.
In short, there are much better options out there.

This is by far the worst I have ever seen, I thought strawberry estate was bad but this one takes the cake. It did give me a good laugh with the guy in the costume 😂
I normally say every movie is worth a watch but I'm not sure I can say that about this one.
There isn't one redeaming quality about this movie. Now I understand how hard it is to get a movie done let alone to be put out there on platforms. I'm seriously have no idea how this even passed Quality control.
And wtf do I need to have this review be so damn long in order for it to actually post.
To the person who made this movie. I'm sorry.

It's a rare occurrence for me to be left absolutely speechless after watching a found footage horror movie. But this one takes the cake.
The creepy/too close relationship between brother and sister made it almost too awkward to watch. But that aside, the creature was absolutely horrendous. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. I haven't seen special effects this bad in a long time. And I'm not expecting much from a found footage film. But this was just out right cringe.
The story line I actually liked. Even the actors were okay, albeit no Oscars, but still watchable. But that creature, it just obliterates any sliver of hope this movie had. I would stay far away. Don't waste your time.

It is seriously possible that this might be the worst movie ever made in world history but they were ad living throughout most of the movie and it was obvious he kept looking at the camera the lead actor he's the worst actor you will ever see in your lifetime the woman wasn't so bad but the guy was horrible but there was almost no dialogue that was written it was obviously ad-lived the filming was in atrocity The Man actor was an atrocity the whole thing was found footage disconcerting and irritating my God this is an absolute obscenity of filmmaking how they even put this thing out and it's beyond me this is absolutely terrible.

Now, I was initially lured into watching the 2022 horror movie "We Found Something" given it's cover. I found it to be an interesting cover. And with it being a horror movie that I had neither heard about nor seen, of course I opted to watch it. After all, I am a big horror fan.
However, the movie's cover was the best part about the ordeal that turned out to be "We Found Something". Why? Well, simply because it was a found-footage movie. And I absolutely loathe that type of movie.
The storyline that writer Jesse Heisel, whom also directed the movie, was bland and very, very generic. Not to mention slow paced and rather uneventful, which just added to the agony that was sitting through 88 minutes of the torture that the movie was.
The girl filming herself for whatever pathetic video channel she was running for her "followers" was one of the most annoying characters I've witnessed in a long, long time, complete with insanely annoying dialogue.
Needless to say that I was not familiar with a single actor or actress on the cast list. Not that there was a lot of performers on said list. The acting performances were fair enough for a home made video project such as "We Found Something", but nothing outstanding or impressive.
Visually, well, not impressive. The creature design had me laughing when you get to see it.
The shoddy, shaky hand-held camera presentation of a movie just doesn't sit well with me, not in the least.
My rating of writer and director Jesse Heisel's 2022 movie "We Found Something" lands on a one out of ten stars.

"We Found Something" is a found footage creature feature horror film. @wildeyemovies directed by Jesse Heisel #jesseheisel Where a brother and sister go hiking in the mountains, one has a secret and the other has a fear. While hiking in the woods they stumble upon a creature only to dismiss it,latter in the film temptation sets in and they head back with consequences set in motion and a major twist that you won't see coming.🖤
I honestly really enjoyed this film and the twist towards the end made it that much better. I pre-ordered this off Amazon awhile back and it came yesterday, the cover art and menu is pretty damn awesome. This movie definitely stands out among the found footage films not just because it's creature but because of the twist & ending of film. If you like found footage films this is definitely a film to pick up and enjoy.

There are some good moments and a couple of good scares, but I had to FFWD through a *lot* of talking to get there.
Its more than ok to have a found footage be shorter than 90 minutes and this one would probably be great at about 70.
Instead we have rambling and repetitive dialogue, our heroes running past the same rock 3 times on 3 minutes, and a final 10 minutes that screeches the movie to a halt.
Less is more in found footage and a better editor would have made this great instead of the clunker of a third act. When we get the twist, there's 10 more minutes of talking this thing to death.
Still, a few good scares, just don't be afraid to skip ahead.
