The resort footage was shot at the Sandos San Blas resort in southern Tenerife.
The lady in crocks, hiding behind the curtain was a real hotel maid working at the location and not an actress.
Keeley Hawes, Lee Ingleby and Anneika Rose all appeared in Line of Duty (2012). Hawes in series 2&3 as DI Lindsay Denton, Ingleby in series 4 as Nick Huntley and Rose in series 4&6 as PC/PS Farida Jatri.
